1.1 What's in the Box
Before you begin, please ensure all components are present in the package:

1.2 Connecting to a Computer
The KAMVAS Pro 24 (Gen 3) can be connected to your computer using either an HDMI cable (or DP cable) and a USB-A to USB-C cable, or a single full-featured USB-C to USB-C cable.
Option 1: HDMI/DP and USB-A to USB-C Connection
- Connect the power adapter to the DC power jack on the pen display and plug it into a power outlet.
- Connect the USB-C end of the USB-A to USB-C cable to the pen display and the USB-A end to an available USB port on your computer.
- Connect the HDMI cable (or DP cable) from the pen display to the corresponding port on your computer.
- Press the power button on the KAMVAS Pro 24 (Gen 3) to turn it on.

Option 2: Full-featured USB-C to USB-C Connection (for compatible devices)
- Connect the power adapter to the DC power jack on the pen display and plug it into a power outlet.
- Connect the full-featured USB-C to USB-C cable from the pen display to a compatible USB-C port on your computer (ensure your computer's USB-C port supports USB3.1 GEN1 and DP1.2).
- Press the power button on the KAMVAS Pro 24 (Gen 3) to turn it on.

1.3 Connecting to an Android Phone
The KAMVAS Pro 24 (Gen 3) can also be connected to compatible Android devices that support USB3.1 GEN1 and DP1.2.
- Connect the power adapter to the DC power jack on the pen display and plug it into a power outlet.
- Connect the full-featured USB-C to USB-C cable from the pen display to your Android phone.
- Press the power button on the KAMVAS Pro 24 (Gen 3) to turn it on.

1.4 Driver Installation
For optimal performance, download and install the latest driver from the official HUION website. Follow the on-screen instructions during installation. Ensure any previous tablet drivers are uninstalled before installing the new driver.
2. Operating
2.1 Power On/Off
To power on the device, press the power button located on the side of the display. The indicator light will turn blue. To power off, press and hold the power button until the display shuts down.
2.2 PenTech 4.0 Stylus
The KAMVAS Pro 24 (Gen 3) comes with two PenTech 4.0 styluses (PW600 standard and PW600S slim) offering enhanced precision and responsiveness.
- 16384 Levels of Pen Pressure: Provides a wide range of pressure sensitivity for nuanced strokes.
- 2g Initial Activation Force: Allows for effortless activation with minimal pressure.
- Stable Pen Tip: Optimized retraction distance (no more than 0.35mm) ensures a stable and solid pen tip.
- Tilt Auto-Alignment: Enhanced edge precision and tilt auto-alignment reduce cursor offset issues.

2.3 Display Features
- 4K UHD Resolution: The 23.8-inch display offers 3840 x 2160 resolution for sharp and clear visuals.

- Color Accuracy: Each unit is hardware color calibrated with a 3D LUT, ensuring ΔE<1 for reliable color representation. A factory calibration report is included.

2.4 Canvas Glass 3.0
The display features nano-etched Canvas Glass 3.0, which provides:
- Reduced Glare: Minimizes reflections in bright environments.
- Minimized Graininess: Enhances display clarity by 14% on solid backgrounds.
- Anti-Fingerprint Coating: Helps keep the screen clean from smudges.

2.5 Multi-Touch and Wireless Keydial
The multi-touch functionality allows for intuitive gestures like swiping, rotating, and zooming directly on the screen. The independent Wireless Keydial provides customizable shortcuts to streamline your workflow, minimizing the need for a physical keyboard on your desk.

2.6 Color Modes
The display supports switching between 5 color modes, including a Black & White mode with gamma curve adjustment, useful for distinguishing light and dark contrasts when used as a secondary monitor.

3. Maintenance
3.1 Cleaning the Screen
Use the provided cleaning cloth or a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the screen. For stubborn smudges, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen-safe cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the anti-fingerprint coating.
3.2 Pen Nib Replacement
The pen nibs are consumable items. When a nib becomes worn, use the nib clip tool (usually found in the pen case) to carefully remove the old nib and insert a new one. Ensure the new nib is fully seated.
3.3 General Care
Keep the device away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and excessive humidity. Avoid placing heavy objects on the display or applying excessive force to the screen. Store the pens in their case when not in use to prevent damage.
4. Troubleshooting
4.1 No Signal on Display
- Ensure all cables (power, HDMI/DP, USB-C) are securely connected to both the pen display and your computer/Android device.
- Verify that the power adapter is plugged into a working power outlet and the display is powered on.
- Check your computer's display settings to ensure the KAMVAS Pro 24 (Gen 3) is detected and configured as an extended or duplicated display.
- If using a full-featured USB-C cable, confirm your device's USB-C port supports video output (USB3.1 GEN1 and DP1.2).
4.2 Pen or Touch Functionality Not Working
- Ensure the HUION driver is correctly installed and up to date. Try reinstalling the driver if issues persist.
- Check the pen nib for wear or damage; replace if necessary.
- Verify that the USB connection between the display and your computer is stable.
- For multi-touch, ensure it is enabled in the display settings or driver software.
4.3 Compatibility Issues
The KAMVAS Pro 24 (Gen 3) is compatible with:
