  • MODE Button: Used to switch between time display, alarm setting, and date setting modes.

Setup

1. Battery Installation

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the clock.
  2. Open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert two (2) AAA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2. Initial Time and Date Setting

Upon battery installation, the display will activate. You will need to set the current time and date.

  1. Press the MODE button repeatedly until the time display is shown (usually the default).
  2. Press and hold the SET button for a few seconds until the hour digits begin to flash.
  3. Use the ADJ button to adjust the hour. Press SET to confirm and move to the minutes.
  4. Use the ADJ button to adjust the minutes. Press SET to confirm and move to the year.
  5. Continue this process, using ADJ to change values and SET to confirm and advance through year, month, and day settings.
  6. Once all settings are confirmed, the clock will return to normal time display.

Operating Instructions

Setting the Alarm

  1. From the time display, press the MODE button once to enter alarm setting mode. The alarm time will be displayed.
  2. Press and hold the SET button until the alarm hour digits flash.
  3. Use the ADJ button to set the desired alarm hour. Press SET to confirm.
  4. Use the ADJ button to set the desired alarm minutes. Press SET to confirm.
  5. Press MODE to exit alarm setting mode. The alarm icon will appear on the display, indicating the alarm is active.

Activating/Deactivating the Alarm

While in alarm display mode (press MODE once), press the ADJ button to toggle the alarm ON or OFF. An alarm icon will indicate if the alarm is active.

Snooze Function

  • When the alarm sounds, press the large SNOOZE button located on the top of the clock.
  • The alarm will temporarily stop and sound again after approximately five minutes.
  • To turn off the alarm completely, press any button on the back panel or allow it to ring for one minute without intervention. The alarm sound gradually increases in intensity over 60 seconds.

12-Hour / 24-Hour Format Switch

Locate the 12/24 slide switch on the back of the clock. Slide it to your preferred time format. "AM" or "PM" will be displayed for the 12-hour format.

Temperature Unit Switch (°C/°F)

Locate the °C/°F slide switch on the back of the clock. Slide it to select either Celsius or Fahrenheit for the temperature display.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the clock with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when the display dims or functions become erratic. Always use new AAA batteries.
  • Storage: If storing the clock for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.
  • Environment: Avoid exposing the clock to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or high humidity.

Troubleshooting
