Cleaning
Use the provided Lens Cleaning Cloth to gently wipe the lenses and screen. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that could damage the surfaces. For stubborn smudges, a slightly damp, soft cloth can be used, followed by a dry cloth.
Waterproofing
The DJI Osmo 360 is waterproof to 10 meters without an additional case. Ensure all port covers and the battery compartment are securely closed before exposing the camera to water. After use in water, rinse the camera with fresh water and dry thoroughly.
Battery Care
Store batteries in a cool, dry place. Avoid fully discharging or overcharging batteries to prolong their lifespan. Use the Multifunctional Battery Case 2 for safe storage and charging of multiple batteries.
Troubleshooting
Overheating
When recording 8K video for extended periods, especially in hot environments or direct sunlight, the camera may experience overheating. If this occurs, the camera may temporarily shut down to prevent damage. Allow the camera to cool down before resuming use. Recording in motion or in cooler conditions can help mitigate this.

App Compatibility Issues
If you encounter issues with the DJI Mimo app, particularly on Android devices, remember that it has been removed from Google Play. Always download the latest version directly from the official DJI website to ensure compatibility and access to the most recent features and bug fixes.
Lens Damage
The lenses on the DJI Osmo 360 are not user-swappable. In the event of a scratched or chipped lens, the camera will need to be sent to a DJI service center for professional repair. Regular use of the lens protection cover is highly recommended to prevent such damage.
