Setup
1. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the speaker. The speaker can be charged via its integrated solar panel or using the provided USB-C cable.
- Solar Charging: Place the speaker in direct sunlight. The solar panel on top will begin charging the internal battery.
- USB-C Charging: Connect the USB-C cable to the speaker's charging port and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included).
2. Powering On/Off
Press and hold the power button located on the control panel to turn the speaker on or off. An indicator light will confirm the power status.
3. Bluetooth Pairing
- Turn on the Victrola Zen speaker. The Bluetooth indicator light will flash, indicating it is in pairing mode.
- On your audio device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "Victrola Zen" from the list of devices.
- Once connected, the Bluetooth indicator light on the speaker will glow solid.
Operating Instructions
1. Basic Audio Playback
After successfully pairing your device, you can control audio playback (play, pause, volume) directly from your connected device. Ensure the speaker's volume is adjusted to a suitable level.
2. Multi-Speaker Connection (Auracast)
The Victrola Zen speaker supports Auracast technology, allowing you to connect multiple compatible speakers for a synchronized audio experience across a wider area.
- Ensure all Victrola Zen speakers you wish to connect are powered on and within range.
- On the primary speaker (the one connected to your audio device via Bluetooth), press the Auracast button. The Auracast indicator light will begin to flash.
- On each additional speaker, press the Auracast button. They will automatically search for and connect to the primary speaker.
- Once connected, the Auracast indicator light on all speakers will glow solid, and audio will play simultaneously through all linked speakers.
3. Wireless Wake Mode
When multiple Victrola Zen speakers are paired via Auracast, activating Wireless Wake Mode allows you to power on one speaker, and all other paired speakers within range will automatically power on and connect.
- Ensure Wireless Wake Mode is enabled on all speakers (refer to the full product manual for specific settings if available).
- Power on any one of the previously paired Victrola Zen speakers.
- Other paired speakers nearby will automatically power on and establish an Auracast connection.
Maintenance
1. Weather Resistance (IP65 Rating)
