5. Operating Instructions

Operating your Cyclo Vac is straightforward:

  1. Power On: Press the ON/OFF button located on the main unit to start the vacuum cleaner.
  2. Adjust Suction (Vario Power): Use the Vario Power control knob to adjust the suction strength. Turn it to a lower setting for delicate surfaces like upholstery or curtains, and to a higher setting for deep cleaning carpets or hard floors.
  3. Begin Cleaning: Move the chosen accessory over the surface to be cleaned. For optimal results, use slow, overlapping strokes.
  4. Change Accessories: To change an accessory, turn off the vacuum cleaner, unplug it, and then detach the current accessory by pressing any release buttons and pulling it off. Attach the new accessory firmly.
  5. Power Off: Once cleaning is complete, press the ON/OFF button to turn off the appliance.
  6. Retract Cord: Press the auto cord winder button to automatically retract the power cord into the unit.

  3. Position the dust tank over a waste bin.
  4. Press the one-touch emptying button to open the bottom flap and release the collected dirt.

6.2 Cleaning the HEPA Filter

The HEPA filter should be cleaned periodically to maintain suction power and air quality. Do not wet clean the HEPA filter.

  1. Turn off and unplug the vacuum cleaner.
  2. Remove the dust tank as described above.
  3. Locate and remove the HEPA filter from the dust tank assembly.
  4. Gently tap the filter over a waste bin to dislodge accumulated dust. You may also use a soft brush to remove stubborn debris.
  5. Re-insert the clean HEPA filter and re-attach the dust tank.
