The ICEVOKE countertop ice maker is designed to produce chewable nugget ice quickly, with a capacity of up to 45 lbs per day. It features a 1.5L internal water tank, a 3.5L external water tank, and an auto-cleaning function for convenience.

2. Safety Instructions
To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, always follow these basic safety precautions:
- Read all instructions before operating the appliance.
- Ensure the voltage matches the rating label on the appliance.
- Do not immerse the power cord, plug, or any part of the appliance in water or other liquids.
- Unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
- This appliance uses R600a refrigerant. Ensure proper ventilation and do not obstruct ventilation openings.
- Keep the appliance away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
- Use only potable water in the water tank.
- Do not allow children to operate the ice maker without supervision.

4. Setup
- Placement: Place the ice maker on a stable, level surface, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure there is at least 15 cm (6 inches) of space around the appliance for proper ventilation.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the internal components. Refer to the 'Maintenance and Cleaning' section for detailed instructions.
- Fill Water Tank: Open the lid of the internal water tank (1.5L) or attach and fill the external side water tank (3.5L) with potable water. Do not exceed the 'MAX' fill line.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet (120 Volts).
5. Operating Instructions
Your ICEVOKE Nugget Ice Maker is designed for user-friendly operation.

- Power On: Press the On/Off Button on the touch panel to start the ice making process. The indicator light will illuminate.
- Ice Production: The appliance will begin producing nugget ice. The first batch of ice is typically ready in approximately 10 minutes. Subsequent batches may be faster.
- Ice Full Indicator: When the ice basket is full, the "ICE FULL" indicator will light up, and the ice making process will automatically pause. Remove ice from the basket to resume production.
- Add Water Indicator: If the water level in the tank is too low, the "ADD WATER" indicator will light up. Refill the water tank to continue ice production.
- Night Light Function: Press the Night Light Button to illuminate the internal ice making area, allowing you to monitor ice production even in low light conditions.
- Power Off: Press the On/Off Button again to turn off the appliance.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and hygiene of your ice maker.
- Auto-Cleaning Function: With water in the tank, press and hold the "Clean" Button for 3 seconds. The ice maker will perform a 5-minute self-cleaning cycle. After the cycle, drain the water.
- Recommended Cleaning Frequency: It is recommended to clean your ice maker at least once a week to maintain ice freshness and prevent mineral buildup.
- Manual Cleaning:
- Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Remove the ice basket and any remaining ice.
- Drain all water from the internal and external water tanks.
- Wipe the interior with a soft cloth dampened with a mild detergent solution. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Clean the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ensure all parts are dry before reassembling and operating.
- Material Safety: The ice boxes and water tanks are made from food-grade materials to ensure the hygiene and safety of the ice cubes.
7. Troubleshooting

- No Ice Production / "ADD WATER" Indicator On: The water tank is empty or the water level is too low. Refill the water tank with potable water.
- Ice Production Stops / "ICE FULL" Indicator On: The ice basket is full. Remove ice to allow production to resume.
- Unusual Noise: The ice maker operates at less than 50 dB. Two distinct 'roaring sounds' indicate either a lack of water or a full ice basket, prompting you to add water or remove ice. If other loud or unusual noises occur, ensure the unit is on a level surface and check for any obstructions.
- Slow Ice Production: Ensure the ambient temperature is not excessively high and the unit has adequate ventilation. Clean the condenser if necessary (refer to Maintenance).
- Water Leakage: Ensure the external water tank is correctly seated and sealed. Check for any cracks or damage to the water tanks or hoses.
