3.1 Controls and Ports

  • Power Button: Press and hold for 2 seconds to power on/off. Press and hold for 15 seconds to reset.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Speaker

  1. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the speaker's Type-C port.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The charging indicator light will illuminate. It will turn off or change color once fully charged.

A full charge provides over 30 hours of playtime. For optimal battery life, fully charge the speaker before first use.

4.2 Power On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds. You will hear an audible prompt.
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the Power Button for 2 seconds. You will hear an audible prompt.

4.3 Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth mode (indicated by a flashing blue LED). If not, press the Mode Button to switch to Bluetooth mode.
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "aowoka S5-1" from the list of devices.
  4. Once connected, the Bluetooth indicator light will turn solid blue, and you will hear a confirmation sound.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

To achieve an immersive stereo sound experience, you can pair two aowoka S5-1 speakers together.

  1. Ensure both S5-1 speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
  2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), press the TWS Button once. The speaker will enter TWS pairing mode.
  3. The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. You will hear a confirmation sound once TWS pairing is successful.
  4. Now, connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in section 4.3.

To disconnect TWS, press and hold the TWS Button on either speaker.

5.2 Music Playback

  • Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause Button once.
  • Volume Up: Press the Volume Up Button once.
  • Volume Down: Press the Volume Down Button once.
  • Next Track: Press and hold the Volume Up Button.
  • Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume Down Button.

5.3 Hands-free Calling

When connected to your phone via Bluetooth:

  • Answer/End Call: Press the Play/Pause Button once.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold the Play/Pause Button.

5.4 LED Light Modes

  • Press and hold the Light Mode Button to turn the LED lights off.

5.5 Multiple Input Modes

  • TF Card: Insert a TF (MicroSD) card with MP3 audio files into the TF card slot. The speaker will automatically play music from the card.
  • AUX-IN: Connect an audio device using a 3.5mm AUX cable (not included) to the AUX-IN port.
  • USB: Insert a USB flash drive with MP3 audio files into the USB port. The speaker will automatically play music from the drive.

Press the Mode Button to switch between these input sources.

5.6 Power Bank Function

The speaker can be used for emergency charging of other devices.
