1. Safety Information

Before operating your MOONCOOL Electric Tricycle, please read this manual thoroughly and retain it for future reference. Always prioritize safety during assembly, operation, and maintenance.

• Always wear a helmet and appropriate safety gear when riding.
• Ensure all nuts, bolts, and quick releases are securely tightened before each ride.
• Check brake functionality before each use. Do not ride at night without proper lighting.

3. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your electric tricycle. It is recommended to have a second person assist with certain steps.

3.1 Unboxing and Initial Setup

Carefully open the packaging and remove all components. Ensure all protective packaging material is removed.

3.2 Front Wheel Installation

1. Install the front wheel onto the fork. Pay close attention to the correct sequence of the gasket and nut. Ensure the brake rotor is centered within the brake caliper and does not rub against the brake pads.
2. Connect the motor wires. Align the arrows on the connectors and push firmly until they click into place.
3. Install the front disc brake caliper onto the fork. Secure it with the provided bolts and tighten using an Allen key.
4. Install the front mudguard. Attach it to the fork using the provided screws and tools.
5. Secure the motor wires along the fork using zip ties to prevent them from interfering with the wheel or moving parts.
6. Connect the front light wires. Align the arrows on the connectors and push firmly.

3.3 Handlebar Installation

1. Insert the handlebar stem into the head tube of the main frame. Adjust the height to your preference and ensure the handlebars are perpendicular to the front wheel.
2. Tighten the top bolt on the handlebar stem to secure it.

3.4 Rear Mudguards Installation

1. Attach the rear mudguards to the rear frame using the provided screws and tools. Ensure they are securely fastened and do not rub against the tires.

3.5 Rear Basket Installation

1. Assemble the rear basket by connecting its sides and bottom.
2. Mount the assembled basket onto the rear frame, aligning the slots and securing it with the provided bolts and nuts.

3.6 Front Basket Installation

1. Attach the front basket to the designated mounting points on the front of the frame. Secure it with the provided hardware.

3.7 Pedals Installation

1. Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals.
2. Thread the left pedal into the left crank arm and the right pedal into the right crank arm. Tighten securely with a wrench.

3.8 Saddle Installation

1. Insert the saddle post into the seat tube. Adjust the height to your preference.
2. Tighten the quick-release lever or bolt on the seat tube to secure the saddle firmly.

3.9 Battery Installation and Removal

The battery is removable for charging and security.

1. To install: Slide the battery into its housing on the frame until it clicks into place. Use the key to lock it.
2. To remove: Unlock the battery with the key, then slide it out of the housing.

• Turn the integrated LED headlight on/off.
