4. Setup and Installation

This ceiling fan features a Knock-Down (KD) assembly for easier installation. Follow these general steps for setup. For detailed wiring instructions, consult a qualified electrician.

  1. Prepare for Installation:
    • Turn off power at the circuit breaker.
    • Ensure the mounting location can support the fan's weight.
  2. Assemble the Fan Body:
    • Attach the fan blades to the motor assembly.
    • Secure the outer cage to the main fan body.
  3. Mount the Fan:
    • Install the mounting bracket to the ceiling junction box.
    • Carefully lift and attach the fan assembly to the mounting bracket.
  4. Electrical Connection:
    • Connect the electrical wires according to the wiring diagram provided in the full manual (Live, Neutral, Ground).
    • Ensure all connections are secure.
  5. Install Bulbs:
    • Screw E26 base bulbs (not included, max 40W each) into the 6 sockets.
  6. Final Checks:
    • Verify all connections are tight and secure.
    • Restore power at the circuit breaker.

5. Operating Instructions

Your BvenuBigLite ceiling fan can be controlled using the included remote control or a compatible mobile application.

5.1 Remote Control Functions

Insert 1*AAA battery (not included) into the remote control. Point the remote towards the fan for optimal operation.

  • Light On/Off: Press the light button to turn the lights on or off.
  • Fan On/Off: Press the fan button to turn the fan on or off.
  • Fan Speed (1-6): Adjust fan speed from 1 (low) to 6 (high).
  • Forward/Reverse: Change the direction of fan rotation for summer (downward airflow) or winter (upward airflow) modes.
  • Timer (1H/2H/4H): Set the fan to turn off automatically after 1, 2, or 4 hours.

  3. Pairing: Within 5 seconds of powering on the fan, click the pairing button in the app. If the device flashes or beeps, it indicates successful pairing.

6. Maintenance
