Operating Instructions

- Power On/Off: Press the ON/OFF button to turn the massager on or off.
- Rotation: The massager features bi-directional rotation. Press the ROTATION button to change the direction of the kneading nodes. The rotation direction automatically changes every few minutes during operation.
- Intensity: Select from three adjustable intensity settings (Low/Medium/High) by pressing the INTENSITY button.
- Heat Function: Activate the soothing heat function by pressing the HEAT button. The massager offers two adjustable heat levels and dual heating zones for both neck and back.
Recommended Usage
- Place the massager on the desired body area: neck, shoulders, back, abdomen, waist, arm, thigh, or calf.
- For safety, do not use the massager for more than 15 minutes at a time. The device will automatically shut down after 15 minutes of continuous use.
