6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
The stool's polyurethane (PU) upholstery is water-resistant and easy to clean.
- Wipe the seat and other surfaces with a soft, damp cloth.
- For stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution and then wipe clean with a dry cloth.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents, as these can damage the material.

6.2 General Care
- Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight. Retighten if necessary.
- Keep the casters clean from hair, dust, and debris to ensure smooth rolling.
- Avoid exposing the stool to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures for prolonged periods, as this may affect the material's durability.
7. Troubleshooting
- Stool does not adjust height: Ensure the gas lift lever is fully engaged. Check if the gas lift cylinder is properly inserted into the base and seat mechanism. If the issue persists, the gas lift may need replacement.
- Stool is unstable/wobbly: Verify that all casters are fully inserted into the base. Check that the seat is securely attached to the gas lift. Ensure all assembly hardware is tightened.
- Casters are not rolling smoothly: Inspect casters for trapped debris (hair, lint, etc.). Clean them thoroughly. Ensure casters are not damaged.
- Squeaking noises: Check for loose connections and tighten them. A small amount of lubricant can be applied to moving parts if necessary, avoiding contact with upholstery.
