Setup
1. Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the massage gun. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port located at the bottom of the handle and to a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The battery indicator lights will illuminate to show charging progress. A full charge provides up to 8 hours of use.

2. Attaching Massage Heads
To attach a massage head, align the head with the opening on the device and push firmly until it clicks into place. To remove, pull the head straight out. Ensure the device is powered off before changing attachments.
Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
- Press and hold the power button (located at the bottom of the handle) for 2 seconds to turn the device ON. It will start at Speed Level 1.
- To turn OFF, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
2. Speed Settings
The device features 5 speed settings (1700 to 3200 RPM) for customized relief. After powering on, short press the power button to cycle through the speed levels:
- Level 1 (1700 RPM): Warm-up & Relaxation
- Level 2 (2200 RPM): Release Daily Tension
- Level 3 (2700 RPM): Reduce Muscle Soreness
- Level 4 (3200 RPM): Deep Tissue Relief
- Level 5 (Adaptive Pressure Control): Automatically adjusts intensity based on applied pressure.

3. Heat Function Activation
The heated aluminum head provides soothing warmth. To activate the heat function, ensure the heated head is attached. The heat function is integrated into the head itself and can be activated via its own controls (refer to specific instructions for the heated head if separate). The soothing warmth quickly loosens tight muscles and eases deep tension.

4. Application Techniques
Apply the massager gently to the target muscle area. Use circular or up-and-down motions. Avoid direct contact with bones, joints, and injured or inflamed areas. The device is suitable for use on the neck, shoulders, back, arms, and legs.
5. Automatic Shut-off
For safety and to prevent overuse, the device features a 15-minute automatic pause function. It will automatically turn off after 15 minutes of continuous operation.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Wipe the device and attachments with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
2. Storage
Store the massage gun and its accessories in the provided carrying case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Troubleshooting
If the device experiences unexpected behavior, such as intermittent shut-off despite showing a full charge, ensure the battery is indeed fully charged. If issues persist, contact customer support.
