Important Safety Instructions

Please read and understand all instructions before using this appliance. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

• Always plug the heater directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
• Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug, or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped, or damaged in any manner.
• Do not use outdoors. This heater is intended for indoor use only.
• Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
• Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
• Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
• To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
• This heater has a tip-over safety switch that automatically shuts off the unit if it is knocked over.
• This heater is equipped with an overheat protection system that automatically shuts off the unit if it overheats.

Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the heater and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Placement: Place the heater on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is at least 3 feet (0.9 m) of clear space around the heater to prevent obstruction of air intake and exhaust.
3. Power Connection: Plug the power cord directly into a 120V AC, 60Hz wall outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
4. Remote Control Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the remote control and insert two AAA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity.

Operating Instructions

Control Panel Overview

• Power Button (①): Turns the heater ON or OFF.
• Mode Button (☀): Cycles through heating modes (High, Low, Fan-Only, ECO).
• Temperature Up/Down Buttons (+/-): Adjusts the desired temperature.
• Timer Button (L): Sets the auto-off timer (1-24 hours).
• Child Lock Button (🔒): Activates or deactivates the child lock function.

Remote Control Functions

The remote control provides convenient access to all functions of the heater from a distance.

• All buttons on the remote correspond to the functions on the control panel.
• Ensure the remote is pointed towards the heater for optimal response.

Setting Temperature and Modes

1. Press the Power Button (①) to turn on the heater. The digital display will show the current room temperature.
2. Press the Mode Button (☀) to select your desired operating mode:
   • High Power: Provides maximum heat output (1500W).
   • Low Power: Provides reduced heat output (950W).
   • Fan-Only: Circulates air without heating.
   • ECO Mode: Automatically adjusts heating power (High/Low) to maintain the set temperature, optimizing energy consumption.
3. Use the Temperature Up/Down Buttons (+/-) to set your desired temperature between 60°F and 86°F. The heater will work to maintain this temperature.

Timer Function

To set an auto-off timer:

1. Press the Timer Button (L). The display will show '0H'.
2. Use the Temperature Up/Down Buttons (+/-) to adjust the desired number of hours (1-24) before the heater automatically turns off.
3. The timer will activate after a few seconds of inactivity.

Child Lock

To activate the child lock, press and hold the Child Lock Button (🔒) for 3 seconds. The lock icon will appear on the display. To deactivate, press and hold the button again for 3 seconds.

Tip-Over Protection

The heater is equipped with a safety switch at its base. If the heater is accidentally knocked over or lifted from its surface, the unit will automatically shut off. Place the heater back in an upright position on a flat surface to resume operation.

Overheat Protection

If the heater's internal components reach a certain temperature, the overheat protection system will automatically shut off the unit to prevent damage. Unplug the heater, allow it to cool down for a few minutes, and then plug it back in to resume normal operation.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Always unplug the heater and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
• Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces of the heater.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents as they may damage the surface.
• Gently vacuum the air intake and exhaust grilles to remove dust and lint.

Storage

When not in use, store the heater in a cool, dry place. It is recommended to store it in its original packaging to protect it from dust and damage.
