Operating Instructions
Using the Control Panel and Remote Control:
The elliptical can be operated directly via the control panel on the unit or conveniently using the included remote control.

- Power On/Off: Press the POWER button on the control panel or remote to turn the unit on or off.

- Speed Adjustment: In Manual mode, use the SPEED+ and SPEED- buttons to adjust the speed across 12 levels.
