1. Introduction

Welcome to the user manual for your new AGM G3 Rugged Smartphone. This guide provides essential information to help you set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot your device. The AGM G3 is engineered for durability and high performance, designed to withstand challenging environments while offering advanced smartphone capabilities.

3. Setup

3.1. SIM Card and MicroSD Card Installation

  1. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the device.
  2. Insert the SIM ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray and press firmly until the tray pops out.
  3. Place your Nano SIM card(s) and/or MicroSD card (up to 1TB) into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the cards are correctly oriented.
  4. Carefully push the tray back into the device until it is flush with the side.

3.2. Initial Charging and Power On

  1. Connect the USB cable to the power adapter and then to the USB Type-C port on your AGM G3. Plug the adapter into a power outlet.
  2. Allow the device to charge for at least 30 minutes before first use, or until the battery indicator shows sufficient charge. The AGM G3 supports 33W PD fast charging and 18W wireless charging.
  3. To power on, press and hold the Power button (located on the side) until the AGM logo appears on the screen.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, and Google account setup.
