3. Setup

3.1 Physical Adjustment

For optimal comfort and display clarity, adjust the glasses to fit your face.

  • Nose Pads: Select the nose pads that provide the most comfortable fit and position the display correctly in your field of view. The Air 3s Pro includes multiple sizes.
  • Temples: The temples are adjustable (9 levels) to accommodate various head shapes. Adjust them for a secure yet comfortable fit.
  • Corrective Lenses: If you require corrective lenses, use the provided frame to insert your prescription lenses.

3.2 Connecting to Devices

The RayNeo Air 3s Pro glasses connect via USB-C with DisplayPort Alternate Mode.

  • Direct Connection (USB-C with DisplayPort): Connect the USB-C cable from the glasses directly to compatible smartphones (iOS 15/16/17, Android with DisplayPort support), tablets, or PCs/Macs that support DisplayPort output via USB-C.
  • HDMI Connection (with Adapter): For devices like PS5, Xbox, or PCs without USB-C DisplayPort, an optional HDMI adapter is required. Connect the glasses to the adapter, and then the adapter to your device via HDMI. Ensure the adapter is also powered if necessary.
  • Charging while Playing: Use an optional USB-C adapter that supports power delivery (PD 100W) to charge your connected device while using the glasses.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

The RayNeo Air 3s Pro glasses do not have a separate power button. They power on automatically when connected to a compatible device that provides power and video signal via USB-C. Disconnect the USB-C cable to power off.

4.2 Display Modes

The glasses feature HueView 2.0 technology with 6 optimized display modes to enhance your viewing experience.

  • Standard: Default mode for general use.
  • Movie: Optimized for film viewing with enhanced colors and contrast.
  • Gaming: Settings for improved responsiveness and fluidity during gaming sessions.
  • Eye Protection: Reduces visual fatigue by lowering blue light and utilizing high-frequency PWM dimming (3840 Hz).
  • Professional: Offers accurate and neutral colors, suitable for image or video work.
  • Vision Boost: Significantly increases brightness (up to 1200 nits), useful in bright environments or for content with dark scenes.

To switch between display modes, use the dedicated button on the left temple of the glasses.

4.3 Brightness Control

The RayNeo Air 3s Pro features 20 levels of brightness control. Use the dedicated button on the right temple to adjust the display brightness to your preference. The glasses offer up to 1200 nits of brightness for clear viewing in various lighting conditions.
