3. Setup and Assembly

Assembly is required for this product. Please follow these general steps. Refer to the included assembly instructions for detailed diagrams.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Verify all included parts are present.
2. Attach Casters: Insert each of the five casters into the holes at the end of the chair base legs. You may need to apply firm pressure and gently wiggle the casters to fully seat them.
3. Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled chair base.
4. Attach Footrest (if applicable): If your model includes a footrest ring, slide it over the gas lift cylinder and secure it according to the specific instructions.
5. Attach Seat and Backrest: Carefully place the seat assembly onto the top of the gas lift cylinder. The backrest is typically pre-attached to the seat or attaches with screws. Ensure all connections are tight.
6. Final Check: Once assembled, gently sit on the stool to ensure all parts are properly engaged and stable.

4. Operating Instructions

Height Adjustment

• To raise the seat height: While standing, pull the height adjustment lever upwards. The seat will rise automatically. Release the lever at the desired height.
• To lower the seat height: While seated, pull the height adjustment lever upwards. The seat will lower under your weight. Release the lever at the desired height.

Caster Movement

• The stool is equipped with 360-degree swivel casters for easy mobility.
• To move the stool, simply push or pull it in the desired direction.

• Caster Maintenance: Periodically check the casters for hair, dust, or debris that may hinder smooth movement. Clean them as needed.
• Hardware Check: Every few months, inspect all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten any loose hardware to maintain stability and safety.
• Storage: Store the stool in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.

• Casters not inserting fully: If casters are difficult to insert during assembly, apply firm, even pressure and gently wiggle them side-to-side until they click into place.
• Stool feels unstable: Ensure all assembly screws are tightened. Check that the gas lift is fully seated in both the base and seat mechanisms. Avoid exceeding the maximum weight capacity.
• Height adjustment not working: Check if the lever is fully engaged. Ensure there are no obstructions around the gas lift cylinder. If the issue persists, the gas lift may need replacement.
• Casters not rolling smoothly: Inspect casters for accumulated debris (hair, lint) and clean them thoroughly. Ensure the stool is on a suitable surface for casters (e.g., not thick carpet).
