- Cooling Bowl: Detachable bowl that requires pre-freezing.
- Outer Cover with Handle: Provides insulation and a convenient handle for the cooling bowl.
4. Setup and Before First Use
Before using your ice cream maker for the first time, or after prolonged storage, follow these steps:
- Wash all parts: Wash the cooling bowl, paddle, and outer cover with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. The motor unit should only be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
- Freeze the Cooling Bowl: Place the cooling bowl in a freezer set to at least -18°C (0°F) for a minimum of 12 hours. Ensure the bowl is placed upright to allow the freezing liquid within its walls to freeze evenly. A properly frozen bowl is crucial for successful ice cream making.
- Chill Ingredients: For best results, chill your ice cream mixture ingredients in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before adding them to the machine. This will help the machine make ice cream faster and achieve a better consistency.

5. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to make your favorite frozen treats:
- Assemble the Machine:
- Place the frozen cooling bowl into the outer cover.
- Insert the paddle into the center of the cooling bowl.
- Place the motor unit on top, ensuring the paddle engages with the motor drive.
- Add Ingredients: Pour your chilled ice cream, sorbet, or frozen yogurt mixture into the cooling bowl through the opening in the motor unit lid. Do not fill above the maximum fill line (approximately 400ml capacity) to allow for expansion during freezing.
- Start Churning: Plug in the appliance and press the ON/OFF switch to the 'I' position to start the motor. The paddle will begin to rotate, mixing and churning the ingredients.
- Churning Time: Churn for approximately 20-40 minutes, or until the mixture reaches your desired consistency. The churning time may vary depending on the recipe and room temperature.
- Check Consistency: The mixture will thicken as it churns. For a softer consistency, serve immediately. For a firmer consistency, transfer the mixture to an airtight container and place it in the freezer for an additional 1-2 hours.
- Turn Off and Disassemble: Once done, press the ON/OFF switch to the 'O' position and unplug the appliance. Carefully remove the motor unit, then the paddle, and finally the cooling bowl from the outer cover.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your ice cream maker:
- Unplug: Always ensure the appliance is unplugged before cleaning.
- Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water or any other liquid.
- Cooling Bowl, Paddle, and Outer Cover: These parts can be washed in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing. Do not wash in a dishwasher as extreme heat may damage the cooling bowl.
- Storage: Store the disassembled, clean, and dry parts in a cool, dry place.
Note: The product specifications mention "Product Care Instructions: Dry clean only". This instruction is generally not applicable to food contact parts of an ice cream maker. For hygiene, the cooling bowl, paddle, and outer cover must be washed with water. The motor unit should be wiped clean.
