2. Safety Information
Your safety is paramount. This appliance is designed with multiple safety features. Always follow basic safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury.
General Safety Guidelines:
- Read all instructions before using this heater.
- Do not use this heater in bathrooms, laundry areas, or similar indoor locations where it may come into contact with water.
- Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug, or after the heater malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
- Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
- Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
- Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
- To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable liquids are used or stored.
- Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
- Always unplug heater when not in use.

3. Product Overview
The AIRMATE 2000W PTC Electric Heater is a portable ceramic tower heater designed for efficient and quiet heating of indoor spaces. It features multiple heating modes, an intelligent thermostat, and an 80° oscillation function for wide heat distribution.

4. Setup
Before operating the heater, ensure it is properly assembled and placed in a suitable location.
Base Assembly:
- Carefully remove the heater and its components from the packaging.
- Attach the base to the bottom of the heater unit. Align the screw holes on the base with those on the heater.
- Secure the base using the provided screws and a screwdriver. Ensure the base is firmly attached and the heater is stable.
Placement:
- Place the heater on a firm, level surface.
- Ensure there is at least 3 feet (0.9 meters) of clear space around the heater from walls, furniture, curtains, and other flammable materials.
- Do not place the heater directly below a power outlet.
- Plug the heater directly into a 220V AC electrical outlet.
5. Operating Instructions
The heater offers various settings and modes for customized comfort.
Control Panel:
The control panel is located on the top of the heater. It typically includes a power button, mode selection, temperature adjustment, and oscillation control.

Power On/Off:
Press the power button to turn the heater ON or OFF.
Heating Settings:
The heater provides three output levels:
- Cold Air: Operates as a fan without heating.
- 1000W: Low heat setting for moderate warmth.
- 2000W: High heat setting for rapid and powerful heating.
Smart Modes:
Select from three intelligent modes for optimized heating:
- Thermostat Mode: Automatically adjusts power (1000W or 2000W) to maintain the desired temperature.
- Eco Mode: Prioritizes energy saving by operating at 1000W and cycling to maintain warmth, reducing energy consumption.
- Night Mode: Provides gentle and quiet heat for peaceful sleep.
Temperature Control:
The intelligent thermostat allows you to set the desired room temperature between 18°C and 35°C. The default preset temperature is 23°C. The heater will operate at high power until the set temperature is reached, then switch to an economic mode to maintain it.
Oscillation Function:
Activate the 80° oscillation function to distribute heat evenly across a wider area of the room. This helps prevent localized overheating and increases heating efficiency.

Timer Function:
The heater includes a 24-hour timer function. Refer to the specific instructions on the control panel or included quick start guide for setting the timer.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your heater. Always unplug the heater before performing any maintenance.
Cleaning the Air Filter:
The rear grille, which houses an air filter, can be removed for cleaning. Regularly clean the filter to prevent dust buildup and maintain airflow efficiency.
- Unplug the heater from the power outlet.
- Gently remove the rear grille/filter cover.
- Clean the filter using a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to remove dust and debris.
- Reattach the filter and grille cover securely.
General Cleaning:
- Wipe the exterior of the heater with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ensure no water enters the interior of the heater.
- Allow the heater to dry completely before plugging it back in.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your heater, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
