4. Setup and Charging
4.1 Initial Charge
Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the speaker's charging port and the other end to a compatible USB power adapter (not included). A charging power between 0.5W and 5W is recommended.
4.2 Placement
The speaker can be hung using its integrated ribbon or placed on a flat surface. Ensure it is stable and not prone to falling.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power ON/OFF
- To power ON: Press and hold the Power / Light Mode button until the indicator light illuminates.
- To power OFF: Press and hold the Power / Light Mode button again until the indicator light turns off.
5.2 Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the speaker is powered ON and in Bluetooth mode (the indicator light will flash, indicating it's ready for pairing). If not, short press the Mode (M) button to switch to Bluetooth mode.
- On your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "EPOK XMASBALL" from the list of devices.
- Once paired, the speaker will emit a confirmation sound, and the indicator light will stop flashing.

5.3 TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Pairing (with a second speaker)
To achieve stereo sound, you can pair two Bigben EPOK Xmas Ball speakers together.
- Ensure both speakers are powered ON and in Bluetooth pairing mode (indicator lights flashing).
- On one of the speakers, double-press the Mode (M) button. It will search for the second speaker.
- Once successfully paired, both speakers will emit a confirmation sound, and their indicator lights will synchronize.
- Now, connect your smartphone to one of the paired speakers via Bluetooth as described in section 5.2. Both speakers will play audio in stereo.

5.4 Light Modes
Short press the Power / Light Mode button to cycle through the available light effects. These include a steady glow and music-synced light patterns.
5.5 Integrated Music
The speaker comes with 3 pre-loaded Christmas songs. To access them, short press the Mode (M) button until you hear the integrated music playing. Press the Play / Pause button to control playback.
6. Maintenance
- Clean the speaker with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Keep the speaker away from water and moisture. It is not waterproof.
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Avoid dropping or subjecting the speaker to strong impacts.
