Thank you for choosing the KWANWA LED Digital Alarm Clock. This manual provides detailed instructions for setting up, operating, and maintaining your new alarm clock. Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure proper functionality and to maximize your product experience.
This alarm clock features a vibrant RGB display with 8 lighting modes, a reliable alarm with snooze function, a 3-level dimmer, and a battery backup system to ensure your alarm functions even during power outages.
Setup
Power Connection
- Connect the provided DC5V adapter to the power input port on the back of the alarm clock.
- Plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet. The display will light up.

Battery Backup Installation
The alarm clock requires 3 AA batteries (not included) for backup power. This feature ensures that the time settings and alarm functions are maintained during a power outage. The display will not remain lit during battery backup mode to conserve energy, but the alarm will still sound.
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the alarm clock.
- Open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert 3 new AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.

Operating Instructions
Familiarize yourself with the control buttons located on the back of the unit:

Setting the Time
- Press and hold the TIME SET button until the hour digits begin to flash.
- Use the UP/DIMMER and DOWN/AL ON/OFF buttons to adjust the hour.
- Press TIME SET again to move to the minute digits. Adjust minutes using the UP/DIMMER and DOWN/AL ON/OFF buttons.
- Press TIME SET once more to confirm and exit time setting mode.
12/24 Hour Format Conversion
To switch between 12-hour and 24-hour time formats:
- While in normal time display mode, press the TIME SET button once. The display will toggle between 12-hour (with PM indicator) and 24-hour formats.

Setting the Alarm
- Press and hold the AL SET button until the alarm hour digits begin to flash.
- Use the UP/DIMMER and DOWN/AL ON/OFF buttons to adjust the alarm hour.
- Press AL SET again to move to the alarm minute digits. Adjust minutes using the UP/DIMMER and DOWN/AL ON/OFF buttons.
- Press AL SET once more to confirm and exit alarm setting mode.
Activating/Deactivating the Alarm
- To activate the alarm, press the DOWN/AL ON/OFF button once. An alarm icon will appear on the display, indicating the alarm is active.
- To deactivate the alarm, press the DOWN/AL ON/OFF button again. The alarm icon will disappear.
Snooze Function
- When the alarm sounds, press the large SNOOZE button on top of the clock to temporarily silence the alarm. The alarm will sound again after 7 minutes.
- The snooze function can be used up to 3 times.
- To turn off the alarm completely after it sounds, press the DOWN/AL ON/OFF button.
Adjusting Display Brightness (Dimmer)
The display has 3 brightness levels (High, Medium, Low) for comfortable viewing at any time of day or night.
- Press the UP/DIMMER button repeatedly to cycle through the brightness levels: High → Medium → Low → High.

Changing RGB Display Colors
The alarm clock features 8 dynamic RGB lighting effects for the display. A dedicated button (often on the top or back) is used to cycle through these modes.
- Press the RGB button (refer to your physical unit for exact location) to cycle through the 8 display modes:
- Cycling RGB Colors
- Solid White
- Solid Pink
- Solid Green
- Solid Blue
- Left-to-Right Gradient
- Top-to-Bottom Gradient
- Random Colors

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the clock's surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish.
- Battery Replacement: Replace the AA backup batteries annually or when the clock is stored for extended periods to prevent leakage.
- Storage: If storing the clock for a long time, remove the batteries and disconnect it from the power source. Store in a cool, dry place.
Troubleshooting
