4. Setup and Installation
This lighting kit is compatible with Yamaha Tenere 700 / XTZ700 models from 2019-2024. Follow these steps for proper installation:
- Prepare the Motorcycle: Ensure the motorcycle is stable and the engine is off. Disconnect the battery's negative terminal.
- Identify Mounting Location: The kit is designed for front mounting, typically near the handlebars or existing accessory points.
- Attach Mounting Brackets: Secure the stainless steel mounting brackets to the desired location on your motorcycle. The multi-angle adjustable bracket allows for precise positioning of the light beam.

Figure 4.1: The adjustable bracket allows for easy modification of the light beam direction.
- Mount the Lights: Attach the NICECNC light units to the installed brackets using the provided fasteners. Ensure they are securely fastened but allow for minor adjustments if needed.
- Wiring: Connect the wiring harness from the lights to your motorcycle's electrical system. Refer to your motorcycle's service manual for specific wiring diagrams if necessary. The bracket is designed for easy operation, often fixed near the handle for convenient access.
- Final Adjustments: Once wired, reconnect the battery. Turn on the motorcycle and test the lights. Adjust the angle of the lights using the adjustable brackets to achieve the desired beam direction and coverage.

5. Operating Instructions
The NICECNC Front Lighting Kit provides powerful illumination for various riding conditions.
- Power On/Off: The lights are typically controlled via a switch integrated into your motorcycle's electrical system, often mounted near the handlebars for easy access.
- Light Modes: The lights feature both yellow and white light options. The 3030 LED chips provide 2000 lumens of bright light. The white light operates at 5500K, while the yellow light operates at 3000K. The specific method for switching between yellow and white light depends on your wiring setup (e.g., separate switches, integrated switch with multiple positions).
- Beam Performance: The flood beam design offers a wide irradiation area, allowing for a broader field of view and improved visibility, especially in challenging conditions.

6. Maintenance
The NICECNC Front Lighting Kit is designed for durability and requires minimal maintenance.
- Cleaning: Periodically clean the convex lenses with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the lens surface.
- Inspection: Regularly check all mounting bolts and electrical connections to ensure they remain secure.
- Durability: The lights feature a die-cast rust-proof aluminum housing and impact-resistant convex lenses, providing heavy-duty performance and protection against environmental elements. The IP67 waterproof rating ensures effective resistance to extreme weather conditions.
- Lifespan: The LED chips are designed for an extended service life of 50,000+ hours.

- Intermittent Operation:
- Ensure all wiring is securely connected and not exposed to excessive vibration.
- Check for any damage to the wiring insulation.
- Dim or Uneven Light Output:
- Clean the lens surface to remove any dirt or film.
- Verify that the power supply to the lights is stable (12V-24V).
If these steps do not resolve the issue, it is recommended to consult a professional motorcycle technician.
