5. Setup

1. Initial Charge: Fully charge the massager before first use using the provided Type-C charging cable. The battery takes approximately 3.5 hours to fully charge.
2. Adjust Straps: Adjust the shoulder straps and back buckle to fit securely and comfortably around your desired massage area (neck, shoulders, back, etc.).

6. Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button on the control panel to turn the massager on or off.
2. Select Massage Mode: Use the mode button to cycle through the available massage modes (e.g., continuous, intermittent).
3. Adjust Intensity: Select from 3 massage intensity levels to customize your deep tissue kneading experience.
4. Activate Heat Function: Use the heat button to select from 3 heating settings (Heating Off - 108.7°F - 119.3°F).
5. Adjust Massage Direction: The massager supports adjustable massage directions.
6. Hands-Free Use: Utilize the adjustable shoulder straps and back buckle to secure the massager, allowing for hands-free operation.

7. Charging

The massager is equipped with a built-in 2500mAh large-capacity battery. Use the provided Type-C charging cable to charge the device. A full charge takes approximately 3.5 hours and provides about 60-90 minutes of massage time. The massager cannot be used while charging.

8. Maintenance

To maintain your massager in optimal condition:

• The surface is covered with a constant-temperature silicone pad.
• The fabric cover over the massage nodes is removable and washable for hygiene. (Refer to video for demonstration of removable cover).
• Store the massager in a cool, dry place when not in use.
