Setup and Assembly

Assembly Steps:

  1. Step 1: Install Rear Wheels

    Place the vehicle upside down. Attach the rear wheels to the axle. Secure each wheel with a washer (14), nut (15), and hubcap (13). Ensure they are firmly in place but can still rotate freely.

  2. Step 2: Install Front Wheels

    Repeat the process for the front wheels. Attach the motor (3) and wheel cover (2) before securing the front wheels (1) with a washer (14), nut (15), and hubcap (13). Ensure all connections are secure.

  3. Step 3: Attach Footrest

    Locate the footrest (9) and align it with the designated area on the underside of the vehicle. Secure it using six 12.2 screws.

  4. Step 4: Connect Battery Wires

    Turn the vehicle upright. Locate the battery compartment and connect the red and blue battery wires. Ensure a secure connection.

  5. Step 5: Install Steering Wheel

    Connect the steering wheel's wire to the corresponding port in the vehicle. Carefully slide the steering wheel (10) onto the steering column until it clicks into place.

  6. Step 6: Install Seat

    Connect the main power wire (red) to the battery terminal. Place the seat (11) into the vehicle, ensuring the safety belt is accessible. Secure the seat using two 12.1 screws.

  7. Step 7: Attach Front Grille, Mirrors, and Rear Roll Bar

    Attach the front grille (6) to the front of the vehicle. Install the foldable rearview mirrors (5) on both sides using 12.2 screws. Finally, attach the rear roll bar (9) and the front bumper (8) using the appropriate screws (12.2 and 12.3).

Operating Instructions

The Costzon Ride-on Car Truck offers two driving modes for versatile play:

1. Child Manual Operation Mode

  • Start: Press the one-button start.
  • Acceleration: Press the foot pedal to move forward.
  • Direction: Use the steering wheel to turn left or right.
  • Reverse: Use the forward/backward switch button to select reverse, then press the foot pedal.
  • Speed: This mode operates at 1 speed (approximately 2.1 mph).

2. Parent Remote Control Mode

  • Parents can override manual control using the remote.
  • Direction: Use the remote's directional buttons (forward, backward, left, right).
  • Speed: The remote offers 3 speeds (0.9-2.1 mph).
  • Emergency Brake: The remote control includes an emergency brake button for immediate stopping.
