4. Operating Instructions
4.1 360° Swivel Function
The car seat can be rotated 360° on its base for easy access and to switch between rearward and forward-facing positions. To rotate:
- Ensure the car seat is not reclined to its maximum position.
- Locate the swivel release lever (usually at the front of the base).
- Press the lever and rotate the seat to the desired position.
- Release the lever and ensure the seat locks securely into place.
4.2 Adjusting the 5-Point Harness
The 5-point harness secures children up to 105 cm. To adjust:
- Tightening: Pull the adjustment strap at the front of the seat until the harness is snug against the child's body, with no slack.
- Loosening: Press the harness release button (usually located under a flap at the front) and pull the shoulder straps outwards.
- Height Adjustment: The harness height adjusts automatically with the headrest. Ensure the shoulder straps are at or just below the child's shoulders when rearward-facing, and at or just above the child's shoulders when forward-facing.
- Removing the 5-point harness (for 100-150 cm): Follow the instructions in your detailed product manual to detach the harness straps and buckle. Store them safely for future use if needed.
4.3 Headrest and Backrest Adjustment
- Headrest: The headrest has 13 height positions. To adjust, locate the headrest adjustment lever (usually at the top of the backrest) and pull it up or push it down to the desired height. Ensure it clicks into place.

5.2 Cleaning the Harness and Plastic Parts
- Wipe plastic parts with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
