2. Setup Guide

3. Operating Instructions
Power On/Off:
To power on or off the receiver (RX) or transmitters (TX), long-press the power button for 2 seconds.

Noise Reduction:
The transmitters feature a 2-level noise reduction system. Short-press the noise reduction button on the transmitter to cycle between Light Noise Reduction (green light) and Heavy Noise Reduction (green and red lights). Press again to turn off (lights off).

Mute Function:
Short-press the mute button on the transmitter to activate or deactivate the mute function. A red light indicates the microphone is muted.
Adjusting Volume (Receiver):
On the receiver, short-press the volume adjustment buttons to increase or decrease the recording volume for each channel. The smart display will show the current volume levels.
Wired Listening Function:

Cleaning:
Wipe the exterior of the receiver and transmitters with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents. The windscreens can be gently cleaned or replaced if necessary.
6. Troubleshooting
No Audio/Poor Audio Quality:
- Ensure all transmitters and the receiver are powered on and paired. Check the smart display for connection status.
- Verify that the correct OTG or TRS cable is securely connected to both the receiver and your recording device.
- Adjust the recording volume on the receiver. If audio is distorted, check if Safety Track mode is enabled.
- Ensure the microphone is not muted (red light on transmitter).
- Check battery levels of both transmitters and receiver. Recharge if necessary.
- If experiencing background noise, activate or adjust the noise reduction levels on the transmitters.
- Ensure no obstructions are between the transmitters and receiver, especially at longer distances.
Connection Issues:
- If devices fail to pair, power cycle both the receiver and transmitters and attempt pairing again.
- Ensure you are within the specified operating range (up to 656ft/200m in open areas).
