1. Setup and Installation

1.2 Installation Options

The JYXOIHUB Smart Board offers flexible installation to suit various environments:

• Wall Mount: A wall mount bracket is included for direct installation upon receipt. Ensure the wall can support the weight of the unit (approximately 103 pounds).
• Floor Standing: For portability and flexible placement, a compatible floor stand can be purchased separately.

1.3 Initial Power On

Connect the power cord to the Smart Board and a suitable power outlet. Press the power button located on the device to turn it on. The system will boot up, displaying the main interface.

• Software Updates: Regularly check for and install system updates for both Android and Windows to ensure security and access to the latest features.
• Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the Smart Board in a cool, dry environment, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Physical Care: The board features scratch-resistant glass (≥7H hardness) and an aluminum alloy body for durability. Avoid sharp objects or excessive force on the screen.

4. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Smart Board, refer to the following common solutions:

• No Power: Ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the board and the power outlet. Check if the outlet is functional.
• Touchscreen Unresponsive: Restart the device. Ensure the screen is clean and free from obstructions. If using a stylus, check its battery if applicable.
• Connectivity Issues: Verify Wi-Fi or Ethernet connections. For screen mirroring, ensure devices are on the same network and compatible with AirPlay, Miracast, or Chromecast.
• System Lag: Close unnecessary applications. Clear cache on the Android system. For Windows, check for background processes or insufficient storage.
• Image Quality: Ensure the input source is providing a 4K signal for optimal display. Adjust display settings if necessary.
