4. Assembly Instructions
Assembly typically takes approximately 30 minutes. It is recommended to have two people for certain steps. Follow the detailed instructions provided in the included printed manual for best results.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging.
- Assemble Base Frame: Attach the bottom cabinet panels to the frame, ensuring the propane tank holder is correctly positioned.
- Attach Wheels: Secure the four universal wheels to the base frame. Ensure the two locking casters are installed on the front for stability.
- Mount Grill Head: With assistance, carefully lift and place the main grill head assembly onto the assembled base frame. Secure it with the provided hardware.
- Install Side Shelves: Attach the left and right side shelves to the main grill body. The right shelf includes built-in hooks for tools.
- Insert Internal Components: Place the flame tamers over the burners, then position the 304 stainless steel cooking grids. Finally, install the warming rack.
- Install Oil Drip System: Slide the oil drip tray and removable oil drip box into their designated slots beneath the cooking area.
- Connect Propane Tank: Place your propane tank inside the bottom cabinet and connect it securely to the grill's gas line. Ensure all connections are tight and check for leaks using a soapy water solution.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Pre-Use Checks
- Ensure the propane tank is securely connected and the gas valve is open.
- Check all gas connections for leaks using a soapy water solution. Bubbles indicate a leak.
- Ensure the oil drip tray and box are correctly installed and empty.
5.2 Ignition
- Open the grill lid.
- Turn one burner control knob to the "HI" position.
- Press and hold the IGNITER button until the burner ignites.
- Once ignited, release the IGNITER button.
- Repeat for other burners as needed.
- If the igniter does not work, use the provided extended rod with a match to manually light the burner.
5.3 Temperature Control
- Each of the 4 burners provides 8,000 BTU, totaling 32,000 BTU for powerful and evenly distributed heat.
- Adjust individual control knobs to achieve desired cooking temperatures.
- Monitor the built-in thermometer gauge on the lid for accurate internal grill temperature.

5.5 Shutting Down the Grill
- Turn all burner control knobs to the "OFF" position.
- Close the gas valve on the propane tank.
- Allow the grill to cool completely before cleaning or covering.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your grill and ensure optimal performance.
- Cooking Grids: After each use, once the grill has cooled slightly but is still warm, use a grill brush to remove food residue from the 304 stainless steel cooking grids. For deeper cleaning, remove the grids and wash with warm soapy water.
- Oil Drip Tray and Box: Regularly empty and clean the slide-out oil drip tray and removable oil drip box to prevent grease buildup and flare-ups.
- Exterior: Wipe down the 201 stainless steel body with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners that can scratch the surface.
- Burners: Periodically inspect burner ports for blockages (e.g., spider webs, food debris). Clean with a wire brush if necessary.
- Storage: When not in use, especially during inclement weather, cover the grill with a suitable grill cover to protect it from the elements.
