Important Safety Information

Please read all instructions carefully before using your VLOXO electric knife. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

  • Blade Safety: Always handle blades with extreme care. They are very sharp. Wear cut-resistant gloves when installing or removing blades.
  • Dual Safety Protection: The knife features a dual-protection design. It will only operate when the power switch is in the 'ON' position and the safety lock is disengaged simultaneously.
  • Usage Limits: Do not cut bones or frozen meat. This can damage the blades and motor.
  • Continuous Use: After 5 minutes of continuous use, allow the knife to rest for 2 minutes to prevent motor overheating.
  • Water Exposure: The handle is not waterproof. Do not immerse the handle in water or other liquids.
  • Charging: Do not charge continuously for more than 6 hours. Ensure the power switch is in the 'ON' position when charging.
  • Children: Keep the electric knife and its components out of reach of children.

Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the electric knife. Ensure the power switch is in the 'ON' position during charging.

  • Connect the USB charging cable to the knife's USB charging port (7) and a 5V/2A charger (not included).
  • The charge indicator light (8) will be red while charging and turn blue when fully charged (approximately 4 hours).
  • Do not charge continuously for more than 6 hours.
  • For long-term storage, charge the unit once every 3 months.

Blade Installation

Follow these steps to safely install the blades into the knife handle.

  1. Press and hold the blade release button (4) to remove any existing blade.
  2. Slide the replacement blade rivet into the rivet slot and align it.
  3. Hold the blade protection cover with one hand and align it with the blade slot.
  4. Insert the blade into the slot of the machine blade until you hear a click.
  5. Pull the blade to ensure successful installation.

Note: Always wear cut-proof gloves when installing or removing blades. Ensure the rounded corners of the bottom blade are aligned during installation. When removing or replacing the blade, ensure the power is off and the safety lock is open.

General Use

The VLOXO electric knife is designed for efficient and precise slicing of various foods.

  1. Ensure the product is fully charged before use.
  2. Install the desired blade securely (refer to 'Blade Installation').
  3. Turn on the power switch (3) to the 'ON' position.
  4. Press the safety lock (5) to disengage it.
  5. Press the start button (6) to begin cutting.

Important: Do not use the knife while it is charging. Do not press the release button when the device is running.

  • Allow the serrated blade to do the work; avoid excessive back-and-forth sawing motions, especially when slicing fish.

Cleaning
