1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read and save these important safety instructions before using the humidifier. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

  • Always place the humidifier on a firm, flat, water-resistant surface.
  • Do not place the humidifier near heat sources such as stoves, radiators, or direct sunlight.
  • Ensure the power cord is not damaged and is properly plugged into a suitable electrical outlet (110 Volts).
  • Do not immerse the humidifier in water or other liquids.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Unplug the humidifier before cleaning, filling, or moving it.
  • Do not block air inlets or outlets.
  • Before filling water, ensure that the nuts inside the humidifier have been tightened and the sealing ring has been installed to avoid water leakage.

3. Setup Guide

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the humidifier from its packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Placement: Place the humidifier on a flat, stable, and water-resistant surface. Ensure it is at least 6 inches (15 cm) away from walls and furniture to allow for proper airflow. Avoid placing it on carpets or rugs that might block the air inlet.
  3. Initial Inspection: Before adding water, verify that all internal components, including the humidifier wick, are correctly seated and that any nuts or sealing rings are tightened to prevent leaks.
  4. Filling the Water Tank:

    The EH22T features a convenient top-filling design. Simply open the top cover and pour clean tap water directly into the water filling area. The transparent water level indicator will show you when the tank is full. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.

  5. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 110V electrical outlet. The unit is now ready for operation.

4. Operating Instructions

The YougetTech EH22T features a multifunctional touch panel for easy control.

  1. Power On/Off: Press the Power Key (represented by a power symbol) on the control panel to turn the humidifier on or off.
  2. Adjusting Humidity (Auto Humidistat):

    The humidifier has a built-in humidity sensor. Press the Humidification Key (represented by a water droplet symbol) to activate the Auto Humidistat function. Use the Set+ and Set- keys to set your desired humidity level between 40% and 99%. The unit will automatically maintain this level.

  3. Adjusting Fan Speed (7 Speeds):

    The humidifier offers 7 fan speeds. Adjust the speed using the Set+ and Set- keys. Lower speeds maintain humidity stability, while higher speeds rapidly increase humidity. The current speed level will be displayed on the panel.

  4. Timer Function (0-24 Hours):

    Press the Timer Key (represented by a clock symbol) to set an operating time from 0 to 24 hours. The humidifier will automatically turn off after the set time expires.

  5. Lights Off Key: Press the Lights off Key to turn off the display lights for undisturbed sleep.
  6. Water Shortage Alert: When the water level is low, the low water alert light will flash, and the machine will automatically stop operating to prevent damage. Refill the tank as described in the Setup Guide.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your humidifier.

  1. Cleaning the Humidifier Wick:

    The humidifier wick is washable and features a honeycomb structure for durability. It is suggested to clean the wick once a week. The wick can be washed by hand or machine.

  2. Emptying the Water Tank:

    To empty the water tank, remove the drain plug located at the bottom of the unit. Do not empty the water tank directly from the main body by tipping it, as this may cause damage to the machine.

  3. General Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the humidifier with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  4. Long-Term Storage: If storing the humidifier for an extended period, ensure the water tank is completely empty and dry, and the wick is clean and dry. Store in a cool, dry place.
