Important Safety Instructions

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, observe the following safety precautions:

  • Always attach the safety rope to a secure anchor point before operating the robot, especially when cleaning high windows.
  • Ensure the power adapter is securely connected and the power cable is not damaged.
  • The robot features a built-in backup battery. In case of power loss, it will remain adhered to the glass for up to 30 minutes and emit an alarm. Retrieve the robot promptly during a power outage.

Setup

  1. Attach Cleaning Cloths: Securely attach the clean nano-metric fiber cloths to the bottom rotating pads of the robot.
  2. Connect Power: Connect the power adapter to the robot and then plug it into a power outlet. Ensure the connection is firm.
  3. Attach Safety Rope: Uncoil the safety rope and securely fasten its free end to a sturdy object indoors, such as a heavy piece of furniture or a window frame anchor point.
  4. Fill Water Tank (if applicable): If your model has a refillable water tank for the spray system, fill it with clean water or a recommended window cleaning solution.
  5. Place Robot on Window: Hold the robot firmly against the glass surface. Press the power button on the robot or remote control. The robot will adhere to the glass with suction. Ensure it is fully adhered before releasing.

Operating Instructions

Starting a Cleaning Cycle:

  1. Ensure the robot is securely attached to the window and powered on.
  2. Using the Remote Control: Press the 'Start' button on the remote control. The robot will automatically detect the window edges and begin cleaning in an optimal pattern (Z or N).
  3. Using the Mobile App: Download and install the Tuya or Smart Life app on your smartphone. Pair the robot with the app following the in-app instructions. From the app, you can initiate cleaning, select cleaning modes, and control the robot manually.

Cleaning Modes:

  • The robot typically defaults to an automatic cleaning mode, switching between Z and N patterns for comprehensive coverage.
  • Specific cleaning patterns or spot cleaning can often be selected via the mobile app or remote control.

Water Spray Function:

  • The automatic water spray system will activate as needed during the cleaning cycle.
  • You may also manually activate the spray function via the remote control or mobile app if desired.

Finishing a Cleaning Cycle:

  • The robot will return to its starting position and stop once the cleaning cycle is complete.
  • Carefully grasp the robot, then press the power button to release the suction. Remove the robot from the window.
  • Disconnect the power cable.
