2. Safety Information
Your safety and the safety of others are paramount. Always follow basic safety precautions when using this appliance.
- Electrical Connection: This appliance requires a 240V hardwired connection (40A). Do not attempt to connect it to a 110V plug. Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local codes.
- Child Safety Lock: To prevent accidental operation, activate the Child Safety Lock by long-pressing the designated button. The display will show "Lo" when activated.
- Automatic Shut-Off: The cooktop features a 99-minute timer with an automatic shut-off function for enhanced safety.
- Over-Temperature Protection: The cooktop is equipped with a system to prevent overheating. If an unsafe temperature is detected, the unit will automatically shut down.
- Residual Heat Indicator: After use, the cooktop surface may remain hot. A residual heat indicator will alert you when the surface is still hot to the touch. Avoid touching hot surfaces.

4. Setup and Installation
This cooktop is designed for built-in installation. Professional installation is recommended.
- Appliance Dimensions: 30.3 inches (Width) x 20.47 inches (Depth) x 3.07 inches (Height).
- Cut-out Dimensions: A countertop cut-out of 29.13 inches (Width) x 19.3 inches (Depth) is required for proper fitting.
- Electrical Requirements: The cooktop requires a dedicated 240V, 40A hardwired electrical circuit. Ensure the wiring meets all local electrical codes. Do not use a 110V plug.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Turning On/Off Burners
- To Turn On: Rotate the corresponding knob clockwise to the desired power level (1-9). The burner will begin to heat.
- To Turn Off: Rotate the knob counter-clockwise back to the '0' position. The residual heat indicator will remain lit if the surface is still hot.
5.2 Adjusting Power Levels
Each burner has 9 power levels, controlled by its dedicated knob. Level 1 is the lowest heat, and Level 9 is the highest. Adjust the knob to achieve the desired cooking temperature.
5.3 Using Expandable Burners
The two expandable burners offer flexibility for different pot sizes:
- Inner Ring (1250W/5.43"): Use for smaller pots and pans.
- Outer Ring (2500W/9.06"): To activate the larger heating area for big pots (e.g., stockpots, woks), rotate the knob past the inner ring setting to the designated outer ring position.
5.4 Setting the Timer
The cooktop features a 99-minute timer with auto-shutoff. Use the touch panel controls to set the desired cooking duration. Refer to the specific symbols on the touch panel for timer activation and adjustment.
5.5 Activating Child Safety Lock
To activate the Child Safety Lock, long-press the lock symbol on the touch panel. The display will show "Lo". To deactivate, long-press the lock symbol again.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and appearance of your cooktop.
- Daily Cleaning: After the cooktop has cooled down, wipe the black glass ceramic surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly with a clean cloth.
- Stubborn Stains: For tough stains or burnt-on food, use the provided scraper. Hold the scraper at a shallow angle and gently push to remove residue. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or sharp objects that could scratch the glass surface.
- Spills: Clean spills immediately, especially sugary liquids, to prevent them from hardening and potentially damaging the surface.
