2. Safety Information
WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in fire, electric shock, injury, or damage to the battery or property.
- Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and insulated gloves, when handling batteries.
- Ensure proper ventilation in the installation area to prevent accumulation of gases, especially during charging.
- Avoid short-circuiting the battery terminals. This can cause severe damage to the battery and pose a fire hazard.
- Do not expose the battery to extreme temperatures, direct flame, or immerse it in water (despite IP67 rating, avoid intentional submersion).
- Keep the battery out of reach of children and pets.
- Use only compatible chargers designed for LiFePO4 batteries. Using an incompatible charger can damage the battery and create safety risks.
- Do not attempt to open, disassemble, or modify the battery. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.
- In case of fire, use a Class D fire extinguisher. Water or standard fire extinguishers may not be effective on lithium battery fires.
- Refer to local regulations for proper disposal of lithium batteries.
- This battery is not intended for use as a starting battery for cars, motorcycles, or trucks. It is specifically designed for marine applications and RVs.

7. Troubleshooting
- Battery Not Starting Engine:
- Check terminal connections for tightness and corrosion.
- Ensure the battery is adequately charged.
- Verify the "Smart Reserve Mode" is not active if you expect full discharge for other purposes.
- Bluetooth Connectivity Issues:
- Ensure the Redodo app is updated to the latest version.
- Check if Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the battery.
- Move closer to the battery for better signal strength.
- Restart the app and try reconnecting.
- Battery Not Charging:
- Verify charger compatibility and ensure it is properly connected to both the battery and a power source.
- Check for any error codes displayed on the charger or within the Redodo app.
- Ensure ambient temperature is within the charging range. The self-heating function should activate if the temperature is too low.
- Reduced Performance:
- Check battery health and cycle count via the Redodo app.
- Ensure proper load management and avoid exceeding the maximum continuous discharge current.
- Verify that all connections are secure and free of corrosion.
If issues persist, please contact Redodo customer support.
