Always handle discs by their edges. Store discs in their cases to prevent scratches and dust accumulation. Clean dirty discs with a soft, lint-free cloth wiping from the center outwards.
7. Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the player is charged or connected to a power source. Check the ON/OFF switch.
- Disc Not Playing: Verify the disc is inserted correctly and is clean. Ensure it is a supported format (not Blu-ray).
- No Sound: Check the volume level. Ensure headphones are properly connected if in use.
- Poor Picture Quality: Clean the disc and screen. Adjust screen brightness/contrast via the setup menu.
- Remote Control Not Working: Check battery in the remote. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the player's IR receiver.
