Setup
Battery Installation
Your Hatchimals Bloomables KittyFly comes with 3 LR6 (AA) batteries pre-installed. If replacement is needed:
- Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the flower base.
- Using a Phillips head screwdriver (not included), unscrew the battery compartment cover.
- Remove the old batteries and insert 3 new LR6 (AA) batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Replace the cover and tighten the screw.

Operating Instructions
1. Hatching the Caterpillar
To begin the first transformation:
- Use the included watering can to "water" the flower.
- Continue watering until the flower lights up with rainbow colors.
- Observe as the petals slowly open, revealing your adorable caterpillar character inside.

3. Transforming to KittyFly
To transform your caterpillar into a KittyFly butterfly:
- Continue to care for your caterpillar until its antennae light up in rainbow colors, indicating it's ready to transform.
- Gently place the caterpillar back inside the flower. The petals will close.
- Enjoy the colorful lights and music as your friend undergoes its magical transformation.
- The petals will open again, revealing your transformed KittyFly butterfly with colorful wings.
