2. Important Safety Information

WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in serious injury or property damage.

  • Always inspect the compressor and its packaging for any damage upon receipt.
  • The compressor's operating temperature must not exceed 85℃ (185℉). Avoid continuous operation for more than 45 minutes.
  • Before operation, ensure the breathing rod is installed, replacing the oil cap, and that the oil level is at the red dot indicator.
  • The compressor requires an external water cooling system. Do not operate the machine without preparing and connecting the cooling water system.
  • Ensure all filter and hose connections are securely assembled and free of leaks before operation.
  • Silicone oil is not included due to transportation restrictions. Users must provide their own silicone oil for lubrication.
  • Never exceed the maximum filling pressure of 300 Bar (4500 PSI / 30 MPa).
  • Operate the compressor in a well-ventilated area.
  • Keep children and unauthorized personnel away from the operating compressor.

5. Setup Instructions

5.1 Initial Preparation

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Carefully remove the compressor from its packaging. Inspect the unit and all components for any signs of damage.
  2. Install Breathing Rod: Locate the oil cap on the compressor. Remove it and replace it with the provided breathing rod. This allows for proper ventilation during operation.
  3. Add Compressor Oil: Ensure the compressor is on a level surface. Add appropriate compressor oil (silicone oil, not included) until the oil level reaches the red dot indicator on the dipstick or sight glass.
  4. Prepare Cooling System: Place the water pump into an external bucket filled with clean water. Connect the water hoses from the pump to the compressor's water inlet and outlet ports. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks.
  5. Assemble Filter and Hose: Connect the blue oil-water filter to the filling hose. Ensure all connections are tight and leak-free.

5.2 Connecting the Air Compressor

  1. Connect to Tank/Device: Attach the assembled filling hose (with filter) to the valve of the air tank or device you intend to fill. Ensure a secure, airtight connection.
  2. Verify Connections: Double-check all connections on the compressor, cooling system, and filling hose for tightness.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 General Operation

  1. Power On: Connect the compressor's power cord to a suitable 110V power outlet.
  2. Activate Cooling: Turn on the water pump to start the water cooling circulation. Ensure water is flowing.
  3. Start Compressor: Flip the power switch on the compressor to the 'ON' position. The compressor will begin to fill the connected tank.
  4. Monitor Pressure: Continuously monitor the pressure gauge on the compressor.
  5. Manual Shut-off: Once the desired pressure is reached (do not exceed 4500 PSI / 300 Bar), immediately turn off the compressor using the power switch.
  6. Cool Down: Allow the compressor to cool down for an appropriate period, especially after extended use.
  7. Disconnect: Once the compressor has cooled and the tank is filled, slowly release any residual pressure in the hose before disconnecting it from the tank.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cooling System

  • Regularly check the water level in the external cooling bucket and refill as needed.
  • Ensure the water pump is free of debris and functioning correctly.
  • Keep the compressor's fan clear of obstructions to ensure efficient air cooling.
  • Do not operate the compressor if the temperature exceeds 85℃.
