Product Overview
Familiarize yourself with the components and controls of your NUBWO G06 Pro headset and charging station.

Setup & Connection
2.4GHz Wireless Connection (PS5, PS4, PC, Laptop)
- Insert the 2.4GHz USB Dongle into an available USB port on your PS5, PS4, PC, or laptop.
- Power on the headset by pressing and holding the Power On/Off button (1) until the blue indicator light illuminates.
- The headset will automatically pair with the dongle. A solid blue light on the headset indicates a successful connection.

Bluetooth 5.3 Connection (Phone, Laptop, Mac)
- Ensure the headset is powered on.
- On your device (phone, laptop, Mac), go to Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
- Select "NUBWO G06 Pro" from the list to pair.
Wired Connection (Xbox Series, Switch, PC/PS5/PS4)
Connect the 3.5mm audio cable from the headset's Audio Jack (4) to the 3.5mm port on your gaming console controller or device. This mode is useful when the headset battery is low or for devices that do not support wireless connections.

Charging
The NUBWO G06 Pro headset can be charged via the dual charging station or directly via a USB-C cable.
Using the Dual Charging Station
- Connect the charging station to a power source using a USB-C cable (not included).
- Place your NUBWO G06 Pro headset onto the designated charging slot on the station.
- Place your PS5 controller onto the other designated charging slot.
- LED lights on the station will indicate charging status. They pulse during charging and glow solid green when fully charged or on standby.

Direct USB-C Charging
Plug the USB-C charging cable into the Type-C Charging Port (5) on the headset and connect the other end to a USB power source.
A full charge takes approximately 6 hours and provides up to 120 hours of battery life. The headset does not support charging while playing.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
Press and hold the Power On/Off button (1) for a few seconds to turn the headset on or off.
Volume Control
Adjust the volume using the Volume Up (+) (2) and Volume Down (-) (3) buttons on the headset.
Microphone Usage
The 120° adjustable microphone can be positioned for optimal voice capture. Use the Microphone Switch (7) to mute or unmute the microphone.

Maintenance & Care
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the headset and charging station. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the headset in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The charging station includes a secure storage for the USB dongle.
- Battery Life: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the headset frequently. Charge it regularly.
- Driver Updates: If you experience low volume or audio issues, visit the official NUBWO website to download the latest drivers for your headset.
Troubleshooting
- No Sound/Low Volume:
- Check headset volume controls and device volume settings.
- Ensure the headset is properly connected (2.4GHz dongle, Bluetooth, or 3.5mm cable).
- Update headset drivers from the official NUBWO website.
- Microphone Not Working:
- Ensure the Microphone Switch (7) is not muted.
- Check device audio input settings to ensure the headset microphone is selected.
- Connection Issues:
- For 2.4GHz, ensure the USB dongle is securely inserted and the headset is powered on and within range.
- For Bluetooth, ensure the headset is in pairing mode and visible to your device. Re-pair if necessary.
- Restart both the headset and the connected device.
- Charging Problems:
- Verify the charging cable and power source are working correctly.
- Ensure the headset and controller are correctly seated on the charging station's contacts.
