Before Starting:

- Ensure the collection bag is correctly attached and empty.
- Inspect the chipper for any damage or loose parts.
Starting and Feeding:
- Connect Power: Plug the chipper into a suitable 15-Amp, 120V outdoor-rated power outlet.
- Turn On: Flip the Insulation Switch to the 'ON' position. The motor will start.
- Feed Material: Carefully feed branches and debris into the feeder hopper. The maximum cutting diameter is 1.75 inches. Use the push paddle to guide material, especially shorter pieces, ensuring your hands remain clear of the chute.
- Monitor Collection Bag: Periodically check the collection bag and empty it when full to prevent clogging and maintain efficiency.
Stopping the Chipper:
- Allow the chipper to run for a few seconds after the last material is fed to clear the chute.
- Flip the Insulation Switch to the 'OFF' position.
- Unplug the chipper from the power source.

5. Maintenance

- Reassembly: Ensure all components are securely reassembled before operating the chipper.
Cleaning and Storage:
- Clean After Each Use: After each use, unplug the chipper and clean any debris from the hopper, chute, and blade area. Use a brush or compressed air; never use water directly on electrical components.
- Store Properly: Store the chipper in a dry, secure location, away from moisture and extreme temperatures.
