1. Product Overview

2. Setup

1. Unpack the Mat: Carefully remove the food warming mat and its components from the packaging. Ensure all parts are present: warming mat, detachable controller with power cord, and user manual.

2. Place the Mat: Unroll the mat and place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Ensure the elevated base is properly positioned to protect your countertop.

3. Connect the Controller: Attach the detachable controller to the designated port on the warming mat. Ensure it clicks securely into place. Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Basic Operation (Using Physical Controls)

1. Power On/Off: Press the 'Power' button on the controller to turn the mat on or off.

2. Select Mode: Press the 'Mode' button to cycle through the preset heating modes: Heat (248°F/4H), Thaw (122°F/1H), and Ferment (95°F/1H). A 'Custom' mode is also available via the app.

3. Adjust Temperature/Time: After selecting a mode, use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the temperature (86°F-248°F) or time (1-99 hours) as needed. Press the 'Timer' button to switch between adjusting temperature and time.

4. Child Lock: To engage or disengage the child lock, press and hold the '3S LOCK' button for 3 seconds. When engaged, other buttons are disabled to prevent accidental activation.
