Introduction
This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your Glorale X38 GPS Drone. Please read all instructions carefully before first use and retain this manual for future reference.
The Glorale X38 is a foldable RC quadcopter equipped with a 4K camera, 3-axis gimbal, and advanced GPS features for an enhanced flight experience. It offers a 1640ft video transmission range and up to 46 minutes of flight time with two batteries.

Setup Guide
- Unfold the Drone: Carefully unfold the drone arms until they lock into position.
- Install Battery: Insert a fully charged battery into the drone's battery compartment until it clicks securely.
- Power On: Press the power switch on the drone briefly, then hold it down to turn on the drone. The lights will flash. Turn on the remote control by sliding the ON/OFF switch. The drone and remote will automatically pair.
- Compass Calibration: Press the compass calibration button on the remote. Rotate the aircraft horizontally clockwise for 3 turns. The remote will beep once, and the drone's front lights will flash while rear lights remain on. Then, rotate the aircraft with its nose down clockwise for 3 turns. The remote will beep once, and the drone lights will remain on, indicating successful calibration.
- Satellite Search: After calibration, the drone enters satellite search mode. The front and rear lights will flash until a sufficient GPS signal is acquired (takes 2-5 minutes). The remote will beep once, and drone lights will remain on when complete.
- Gyroscope Calibration: Move both joysticks on the remote to the 7 o'clock position simultaneously to calibrate the gyroscope. The drone lights will flash and then remain on, indicating complete calibration.
- Phone Holder & App: Pull out the phone holder on the remote until it clicks. Clamp your smartphone securely. Download and install the 'Glorale Go' app from your app store. Connect your phone to the drone's Wi-Fi network (usually named 'XDrone-XXXX').
- Battery Charging: Connect the USB charging cable to the battery and then to a power source. The indicator lights will flash to show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 4.5 hours.

Operating Instructions
Basic Flight Controls
- Takeoff/Landing: Push the left joystick up to take off. After takeoff, the drone will hover. For one-button takeoff/landing, use the dedicated button on the remote.
- Ascend/Descend: Use the left joystick to control vertical movement.
- Rotate: Use the left joystick to rotate the drone left or right.
- Forward/Backward: Use the right joystick to move the drone forward or backward.
- Sideways Flight: Use the right joystick to fly the drone left or right sideways.
- Speed Gears: Switch between different speed gears using the designated button on the remote for varying flight speeds.
Advanced Features
- 4K Camera & 3-Axis Gimbal: The 4K camera captures stunning footage with a 110° wide-angle and 90° electronically adjustable lens. The 3-axis gimbal stabilizes the camera for sharp, stable photos and videos. Adjust the camera angle using the remote control.
- GPS Functions: The drone features advanced GPS technology for stable and secure flights.
- Auto Return-to-Home (RTH): In case of signal loss or low battery, the drone will automatically return to its takeoff point. You can also manually activate RTH by pressing and holding the one-key return button on the remote.
- Follow Me Mode: The drone will automatically follow the remote controller, capturing dynamic footage.
- Circle Fly Mode: The drone will fly in a circular path around a designated point.
- Waypoint Fly Mode: Draw a path on the app interface, and the drone will fly along the specified route.
- Gesture Control: Use specific hand gestures to trigger photo or video recording.
- Headless Mode: In headless mode, the drone's orientation is irrelevant to control inputs, making it easier for beginners to fly.
- Indoor/Outdoor Mode: Press and hold the Indoor/Outdoor mode switching button on the remote to turn off GPS and enter indoor mode, or vice-versa.

Maintenance
- Propeller Replacement: If propellers are damaged, use the provided screwdriver to unscrew them and replace them with new ones. Ensure correct 'A' and 'B' markings match the drone arms.
- Battery Care: Always use approved charging devices. Do not use water-damaged batteries. Never put the battery into a fire or disassemble it.
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the drone body and camera lens with a soft, dry cloth.
- Storage: Store the drone and accessories in the provided shoulder bag in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Troubleshooting
- Drone not powering on: Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted.
- Drone not pairing with remote: Ensure both devices are powered on and within range. Repeat the pairing process.
- GPS signal issues: Ensure you are in an open outdoor area with a clear view of the sky for optimal GPS signal acquisition.
- Unstable flight: Perform compass and gyroscope calibration again. Check for damaged propellers.
- App connection problems: Ensure your phone's Wi-Fi is connected to the drone's network. Restart the app and drone if necessary.
