3. Setup and Assembly
3.1 Battery Installation and Charging:
Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use. The battery can be fully charged in approximately 1.5 hours.
- Insert the battery into the base of the drill handle until it clicks securely into place.
- To remove, press the release button on the battery and slide it out.
- Connect the charging adapter to the battery and plug it into a power outlet. The indicator light on the charger will show charging status.
Video 3.1: Demonstrates the unboxing of a similar drill driver, showing battery insertion, bit changes, and charger connection. Note: The video shows a 12V model, but the battery and bit change process is analogous.
3.2 Bit and Socket Installation:
The drill driver uses a 3/8" keyless chuck for easy bit and socket changes.
- Rotate the chuck counter-clockwise to open the jaws.
- Insert the desired drill bit, screwdriver bit, or socket adapter into the chuck.
- Rotate the chuck clockwise to tighten the jaws securely around the accessory. Ensure the accessory is firmly held before operation.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off and Speed Control:
The tool is activated by pressing the trigger switch. Speed is controlled by the amount of pressure applied to the trigger.
- Press the trigger to start the drill. The more you press, the faster it rotates.
- Release the trigger to stop the drill.
- Use the two-speed selector switch (located on top of the drill) to choose between high speed (0-1300 RPM for drilling) and low speed (0-400 RPM for screwing).

Figure 4.1: Demonstrates the two-speed adjustment feature, allowing selection between high speed for drilling and low speed for precise screwing.
4.2 Forward/Reverse Rotation:
The forward/reverse switch is located above the trigger.
- Push the switch to the left for forward rotation (tightening screws, drilling).
- Push the switch to the right for reverse rotation (loosening screws, removing bits).
- Center the switch to lock the trigger and prevent accidental starting.

Figure 4.2: Close-up of the rotation direction switch, used for selecting forward, reverse, or locking the trigger.
4.3 Torque Adjustment:
The torque collar allows you to select from 20+1 torque settings to match the application and material.
- Rotate the torque collar to the desired setting. Lower numbers are for smaller screws or softer materials, higher numbers for larger screws or harder materials.
- The drill setting (indicated by a drill bit icon) provides maximum torque for drilling operations.

Figure 4.3: The torque adjustment collar with 20+1 settings, allowing precise control for various tasks.
4.4 Integrated LED Light:
The LED light automatically illuminates when the trigger is pressed, providing visibility in dark work areas.

Figure 4.4: The integrated LED light illuminates the work surface when the drill is in operation.
4.5 Using the Flexible Shaft:
The included flexible shaft allows you to reach screws or drilling points in confined or awkward spaces.
- Insert the flexible shaft into the drill chuck as you would a regular bit.
- Attach the desired screwdriver bit to the end of the flexible shaft.
- Carefully guide the flexible shaft to the work area.
