Troubleshooting

  • Mouse not moving smoothly: Check the bottom of the mouse for any protective films on the feet. Remove them if present. Ensure the mouse is used on a suitable surface (paper, leather, cloth, wood, resin are recommended).
  • Connection issues:
    • For 2.4GHz: Ensure the receiver is securely plugged in and the mouse switch is in the '2.4G' position.
    • For Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device, the mouse switch is in the 'BT' position, and the mouse is in pairing mode. Re-pair if necessary.
    • For Wired: Ensure the cable is securely connected and the mouse switch is in the 'OFF' position.
  • Buttons not responding or customizing on macOS: Some advanced button functions (Options 6-13) are not supported on macOS. Basic functions should still work.
  • Battery draining quickly: The OLED screen consumes some power. Ensure the mouse enters auto-sleep mode when inactive. Fully charge the mouse before use.
