2. Safety Information

Always prioritize safety when using your tent. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.

  • Fire Safety: Keep all flame and heat sources away from the tent fabric. The tent is made of flammable material.
  • Ventilation: Ensure adequate ventilation to prevent suffocation and carbon monoxide poisoning. Do not use fuel-burning devices inside the tent.
  • Weather Conditions: Avoid setting up the tent under trees during thunderstorms or in extreme wind conditions. Secure the tent properly with all stakes and guy lines.
  • Site Selection: Choose a level, clear area free of sharp objects, rocks, and debris.

4. Setup Instructions

The Raynesys Instant Cabin Tent features a pre-assembled X-shaped pole structure for quick setup, typically within 60 seconds for the main tent body.

  1. Unpack the Tent: Remove the tent from its carrying bag. Unbuckle the straps to loosen the tent.
  2. Lay Out the Tent: Lay the tent flat on your chosen campsite.
  3. Erect the Tent Body: From the inside of the tent, pull hard on the strap attached to the center hub until all four sidewalls pop out and lock into place. Then, push up on the top of the tent until the roof pops out and locks.
  4. Attach the Rainfly: Place the rainfly over the top of the tent. Attach the extension poles to the rainfly and connect them to the tent structure. Secure the hooks of the rainfly to the sidewalls of the tent.
  5. Install Floor Mat (Optional): Lay out the 300D Polyester Split Floor Mat inside the tent. Attach the floor mat to the tent using the integrated clasps.
  6. Secure with Stakes and Ropes: Use the provided ground stakes to secure the tent to the ground at each corner and along the base. Attach the windproof ropes to the designated points on the tent and stake them into the ground to enhance stability, especially in windy conditions.

5. Operation

Spacious Interior & Ventilation

The tent offers a spacious interior measuring 7.7 feet by 7.7 feet with an 82-inch center height, allowing most users to stand comfortably. It features 2 D-shaped doors, 8 triangular mesh windows, and 1 mesh tent top for enhanced airflow and natural light.

Water Resistance

The tent features a superior waterproofing of 3000mm HH rating, effectively handling moderate to heavy rain. The 300D bottom fabric is wear-resistant.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Hand wash only. Do not machine wash or use harsh detergents. Clean with a soft sponge, mild soap, and lukewarm water.
  • Drying: Always ensure the tent is completely dry before packing to prevent mildew and odor. Air dry in a shaded area.
  • Storage: Store the tent in its carrying bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Inspection: Regularly inspect the tent for any damage to fabric, zippers, or poles. Repair minor tears promptly to prevent further damage.

7. Disassembly & Storage

To disassemble and store your tent:

  1. Remove Accessories: Detach the rainfly, floor mat, gear loft, and any other accessories.
  2. Remove Stakes and Ropes: Carefully remove all ground stakes and windproof ropes.
  3. Collapse the Tent: From the inside, push down on the center hub to collapse the roof. Then, push in on the sidewall hubs to fold the tent flat.
  4. Fold and Pack: Fold the tent neatly and secure it with the integrated straps. Place all components back into the carrying bag.
