Familiarize yourself with the speaker's components and controls:
Video 1: This video demonstrates the unboxing, basic controls (power, volume, track skip, play/pause), and shutdown of the TECKNET Portable Wireless Speaker TK-BS004. It also shows the Type-C charging port and the speaker's portability.
Controls and Ports:
- Power Button: Press and hold to turn on/off.
- Volume Down (-): Press to decrease volume. Long press to go to the previous track.
- Play/Pause Button: Press to play or pause audio.
- Volume Up (+): Press to increase volume. Long press to go to the next track.

4. Setup
4.1 Charging the Speaker
- Locate the Type-C charging port on the side of the speaker, protected by a rubber flap.
- Open the rubber flap and connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the speaker.
- Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The LED indicator will show charging status (refer to the Quick Start Guide for specific LED behavior).
- Once fully charged, disconnect the cable and securely close the rubber flap to maintain IP67 water resistance.
4.2 Bluetooth Pairing
- Press and hold the Power Button on the speaker for approximately 3 seconds until you hear an audible prompt and the LED indicator begins to flash, indicating it is in pairing mode.
- On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
- Search for available Bluetooth devices. The speaker will appear as "TK-BS004".
- Select "TK-BS004" to initiate the pairing process.
- Once successfully paired, you will hear a confirmation sound, and the LED indicator will stop flashing and remain solid.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Basic Audio Playback
- Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button once to play or pause the current track.
- Volume Control: Press the '+' button to increase volume, and the '-' button to decrease volume.
- Next Track: Long press the '+' button for 2 seconds to skip to the next song.
- Previous Track: Long press the '-' button for 2 seconds to go back to the previous song.
5.2 True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing
To achieve a wider, more immersive soundstage, you can pair two TK-BS004 speakers together:
- Ensure both TK-BS004 speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
- On one of the speakers (this will be your primary speaker), double-press the Play/Pause button. The speaker will enter TWS pairing mode.
- The two speakers will automatically search for and connect to each other. You will hear a confirmation tone once connected.
- Once TWS paired, connect your mobile device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in Section 4.2.
- Audio will now play simultaneously through both speakers, creating a stereo effect.

8. Troubleshooting
- Speaker won't turn on: Ensure the speaker is fully charged. Connect it to a power source using the provided USB-C cable.
- Unable to pair via Bluetooth:
- Ensure the speaker is in pairing mode (flashing LED).
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- Move the speaker closer to your device (within 35 feet).
- Forget/remove "TK-BS004" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
- Restart both the speaker and your device.
- No sound or low volume:

- TWS pairing issues:
