Setup
1. Unpacking and Inspection
- Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Inspect the pump and all accessories for any signs of damage. Contact customer support immediately if any damage is found.
- Ensure all listed components are present: pump unit, filter basket, weatherproof motor cover, and pipe adapters (2" and 2.5").
2. Placement
- Place the pump on a solid, level surface, preferably concrete, close to the pool.
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the pump motor.
- Protect the pump from direct sunlight and excessive moisture. The included motor cover provides additional protection.
3. Plumbing Connection
The pump comes with adapters for 2-inch or 2.5-inch Schedule 40 rigid PVC pipe. Ensure compatibility before installation. Pipes labeled '2 inch' but manufactured to non-Schedule 40 wall dimensions are not compatible.

- Apply PVC primer and cement to the pipe and adapter surfaces.
- Connect the appropriate adapters to the pump's inlet and outlet ports.
- Connect the pool's plumbing lines to the pump adapters, ensuring all connections are watertight.
4. Electrical Connection
All electrical wiring must be performed by a qualified electrician and comply with local electrical codes.

- Ensure the power supply matches the pump's voltage requirements (220V-240V).
- Connect the pump to a dedicated circuit breaker.
- Follow the wiring diagram provided in the image for correct connections: Black wire to Hot Wire, White wire to Hot Wire, Green wire to Ground Wire.
- Ensure all connections are secure and insulated.
Operating Instructions
1. Priming the Pump (First Use)
- Ensure all valves are open and water can flow freely to the pump.
- Remove the lid of the filter basket.
- Manually fill the filter basket with water until the water level is above the pump's inlet.
- Replace and securely tighten the filter basket lid.
- Turn on the pump. It should begin to draw water and prime itself. If it does not prime within a few minutes, turn it off, recheck connections, and repeat the priming process.
