General Heat Press Process

1. Prepare Your Design: Ensure your heat transfer vinyl (HTV), infusible ink, or sublimation design is ready for application.
2. Power On: Press the power button on the machine. The display will show the current temperature and time.
3. Set Temperature and Time:
   • Using the App: Connect via Bluetooth. Select your transfer material and object (e.g., T-shirt, pillow, tote bag). The app will suggest precise settings. You can also set custom temperature (up to 400°F / 205°C) and time. Send these settings to the machine.
   • Manually: Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the machine to adjust temperature and time. The temperature button cycles between temperature and time settings.
4. Preheat Blank: Place your garment or blank item on the heat-resistant mat. Press the heat press onto the item for 5-10 seconds (or as recommended by your material) to remove moisture and wrinkles.
5. Position Design: Place your design onto the item. For HTV, typically the shiny side (carrier sheet) faces up.
6. Press: Place the heat press firmly onto the design. Press the start button to begin the timer. Apply gentle, even pressure. The machine will beep when the time is complete.
7. Flip & Press (if required): Some materials require pressing the back of the item. Flip the item and press again for the recommended time.
8. Peel: Carefully peel off the carrier sheet (if applicable) according to your material's instructions (hot peel, warm peel, or cool peel).
