1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Votlik Trackr Tag siindoo Tag 02. This device is an Apple MFi certified Bluetooth smart tag designed to help you locate your valuable items quickly and efficiently. With its compact design and integration with the Apple Find My network, you can track anything from keys and wallets to pets and luggage, whether they are nearby or far away.

Please read this manual thoroughly before using your Trackr Tag to ensure proper operation and to maximize its features.

2. Safety Information

• Keep out of reach of children: The Trackr Tag contains a button cell battery which can be a choking hazard. Seek immediate medical attention if swallowed.
• Battery Safety: Do not expose the battery to excessive heat, direct sunlight, or dispose of it in fire. Replace only with the specified battery type (CR2032).
• Water Resistance: The device is designed to be waterproof, but it is not suitable for prolonged submersion or high-pressure water exposure. Ensure the battery compartment is securely closed to maintain water resistance.
• Operating Temperature: Use the device within the recommended temperature range to prevent damage.
• Disposal: Dispose of the device and battery according to local regulations. Do not dispose of with household waste.

4. Initial Setup

4.1. Powering On

Your Trackr Tag comes with a pre-installed CR2032 battery. To activate the device, ensure the battery is properly seated and the compartment cover is securely closed. The device should emit a short chime indicating it is powered on and ready for pairing.

4.2. Pairing with Your iOS Device

1. Ensure your iOS device (iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch) is running the latest version of iOS/iPadOS.
2. Open the Find My app on your iOS device.
3. Tap the Items tab at the bottom of the screen.
4. Tap Add Item, then select Other Supported Item.
5. Bring your Votlik Trackr Tag close to your iOS device. The device will detect the Trackr Tag.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your Trackr Tag. You will be prompted to name your item and assign an emoji.
7. Once connected, the Trackr Tag will appear in your Items list in the Find My app.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Locating a Nearby Item

If your item is within Bluetooth range, you can use the Find My app to make your Trackr Tag play a sound.

1. Open the Find My app.
2. Go to the Items tab.
3. Select your Votlik Trackr Tag from the list.
4. Tap Play Sound. The Trackr Tag will emit a loud chime, helping you pinpoint its location.
5. Tap Stop Sound once you've found your item.

5.2. Locating a Far Away Item (Find My Network)

If your item is out of Bluetooth range, the Apple Find My network can help. This network uses hundreds of millions of Apple devices around the world to detect your Trackr Tag's Bluetooth signal and relay its location back to you privately and securely.

1. Open the Find My app.
2. Go to the Items tab.
3. Select your Votlik Trackr Tag.
4. The map will show the last known location of your item. If it's been detected by the Find My network, you'll see its current location.
5. Tap Directions to get directions to your item's location.

5.3. Lost Mode

If your item is lost, you can put your Trackr Tag into Lost Mode.

1. In the Find My app, select your Trackr Tag.
2. Scroll down and tap Enable under Lost Mode.
3. Follow the instructions to enter a phone number or email address where you can be contacted if someone finds your item.
4. When someone finds your item and scans the Trackr Tag with an NFC-enabled smartphone, they will see your contact information.

5.4. Left Behind Alerts

Receive notifications on your iOS device if you leave your Trackr Tag behind at an unfamiliar location.

1. In the Find My app, select your Trackr Tag.
2. Scroll down and tap Notify When Left Behind.
3. Toggle the feature on. You can also set up "Notify Me, Except At" locations where you don't want to receive alerts (e.g., home or work).

6. Maintenance

6.1. Battery Replacement

The Votlik Trackr Tag uses a standard CR2032 coin cell battery. Battery life typically lasts up to one year, depending on usage. You will receive a notification on your iOS device when the battery is low.

1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the Trackr Tag.
2. Twist the cover counter-clockwise using a coin or a small flat-head screwdriver until it unlocks.
3. Carefully remove the old CR2032 battery.
4. Insert a new CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
5. Align the cover and twist clockwise until it is securely locked. Ensure the seal is tight to maintain water resistance.

6.2. Cleaning

To clean your Trackr Tag, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the device or compromise its water resistance.

9.1. Warranty Information

The Votlik Trackr Tag siindoo Tag 02 comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal use.
