2. Safety Information

Please observe the following safety precautions to prevent injury or damage to the product:

4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly is required for this desk. All necessary tools are included. It is recommended to assemble the desk with two people.

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
  2. Assemble the Frame: Attach the crossbars to the lifting columns using the provided screws and tools. Ensure all connections are secure.
  3. Attach Feet: Secure the desk feet to the bottom of the lifting columns.
  4. Mount Tabletop: Place the two-piece tabletop onto the assembled frame. Align the pre-drilled holes and secure the tabletop to the frame using the designated screws.
  5. Install Control Panel: Mount the LED control panel to the underside of the tabletop in an easily accessible location. Connect the control panel cable to the motor unit.
  6. Install Cable Management & Hooks: Attach the cable management guides and headphone/bag hooks as desired for an organized workspace.
  7. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the motor unit and then into a wall outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Initial Setup and Calibration

After connecting the power, the desk may need initial calibration. Press and hold the "Down" (v) button until the desk reaches its lowest position, then release. The desk is now calibrated and ready for use.

5.2 Adjusting Height

Use the Up (^) and Down (v) buttons on the ErgoHub Flex LED control panel to adjust the desk height. The current height in centimeters will be displayed on the LED screen.

5.3 Memory Presets

The control panel allows you to save up to three preferred height settings:

  1. Adjust the desk to your desired height using the Up/Down buttons.
  2. Press the "S" button. The LED display will show "S-".
  3. Press one of the number buttons ("1", "2", or "3") within 3 seconds to save the current height to that preset.
  4. To recall a saved height, simply press the corresponding number button ("1", "2", or "3"). The desk will automatically move to the saved position.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your desk.

  • Cleaning: Wipe the desk surface and frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
  • Inspection: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight. Retighten if necessary.

Desk does not move. Power cable disconnected, motor overload, or calibration error. Check power connections. Reduce load on the desk. Perform calibration (hold "Down" button until lowest position).
