1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

  • Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the unit. Incorrect reassembly may cause fire or electric shock.

5. Setup

5.1 Initial Charging of the Power Station

  1. Upon receiving your PowerMax 2400, it is recommended to fully charge the unit before first use.
  2. Connect the AC charging cable to the AC input port on the power station.
  3. Plug the other end of the AC charging cable into a standard wall outlet (110V).
  4. The digital display will indicate charging status and battery percentage. The unit is fully charged when the display shows 100%.

5.2 Connecting Solar Panels

  1. Unfold the solar panels and position them in direct sunlight, ensuring no shadows fall on the panels. Adjust the angle for optimal sun exposure.
  2. Connect the MC4 connectors from the solar panels to the provided solar charging cable (MC4 to XT60).
  3. Connect the XT60 end of the solar charging cable to the Solar/DC input port on the PowerMax 2400.
  4. The digital display will show the solar input power and charging status.
  5. For optimal charging, ensure all four 100W panels are connected in parallel or series as per the solar cable's configuration and the power station's input specifications.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Powering On/Off

  • To power on the unit, press and hold the main power button for 3 seconds. The display will illuminate.
  • To power off the unit, press and hold the main power button for 3 seconds. The display will turn off.

6.2 Using AC Outputs

  1. Press the "AC ON/OFF" button to activate the AC output ports. The AC indicator on the display will light up.
  2. Plug your AC-powered devices into the AC outlets.
  3. Ensure the total power consumption of your devices does not exceed the PowerMax 2400's rated output (2400W).
  4. When finished, press the "AC ON/OFF" button again to turn off the AC output and conserve battery.

6.3 Using DC and USB Outputs

  • DC Output: Press the "DC ON/OFF" button to activate the DC output ports (car port, DC5521). Plug in your 12V devices.
  • USB Output: The USB-A and USB-C ports are typically always active when the unit is powered on. Simply plug in your USB devices for charging.
  • Turn off DC output when not in use to save power.

6.4 LED Light Operation

  • Press the "LED" button once to turn on the LED light.
  • Press again to cycle through different brightness modes or SOS mode (if available).
  • Press and hold to turn off the LED light.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a dry, soft cloth to wipe the surface of the power station and solar panels. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Storage: If storing for an extended period, charge the unit to 50-80% every 3-6 months to prolong battery life. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Battery Care: Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. For optimal battery health, keep the battery level above 20%.
  • Ventilation: Ensure cooling vents are clear of dust and debris to prevent overheating.

8. Troubleshooting
