1. Product Overview

The Airzeen J10 Robot Vacuum and Mop is a versatile 3-in-1 cleaning solution designed for efficient home maintenance. It combines sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping functions, featuring powerful suction, intelligent navigation, and multiple control options.

2. Setup and Installation

2.1 What's in the Box

Before starting, ensure all components are present:

2.2 Initial Setup

Place the charging dock against a wall in an open area, ensuring there are no obstacles within 1 meter (3 feet) to the front and 0.5 meters (1.5 feet) to the sides. Connect the power adapter to the charging dock and plug it into a power outlet. Ensure the robot is fully charged before first use.

2.3 Component Installation

Install the side brushes by aligning them with the holes on the bottom of the robot and pressing firmly until they click into place. Ensure the main brush is correctly installed under its cover. For mopping, attach the mopping cloth holder to the 2-in-1 dustbin and water tank, then fill the tank with water.

2.4 App and Bluetooth Connection

Download the "HonySmart" app from your device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your J10 robot vacuum via Bluetooth. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz, as the vacuum cleaner only supports this frequency. If you have a 5 GHz network, configure your router to a 2.4 GHz or a mixed 2.4/5 GHz network.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Control Methods

The J10 robot vacuum can be controlled using the dedicated mobile app, the included remote control, or voice commands via Alexa or Google Assistant.

3.5 Intelligent Obstacle Avoidance and No-Go Zones

Equipped with advanced infrared anti-fall and collision sensors, the J10 detects and avoids walls, stairs, and other obstacles. A magnetic strip is included to define 'NO-GO Zones' where cleaning is not desired.

3.6 Automatic Self-Charging and Scheduling

The robot vacuum automatically returns to its charging dock when the battery is below 15% or after completing a cleaning cycle. You can schedule cleaning times in advance using the app.

4. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your Airzeen J10.

4.1 Cleaning Brushes and Wheels

• Side Brushes: Align the holes and install the side brushes. Lift to remove. Use the cleaning brush to remove debris.
• Main Brush: Remove the main brush cover and take out the main brush. Align the main brush holes and install. Use the cleaning brush to clean the main brush, removing any tangled hair.
• Universal Wheel: Use the cleaning brush to clean the universal wheel.

4.2 Cleaning Sensors and Charging Contacts

Regularly wipe the sensors and charging metal poles on the bottom of the robot with a clean, dry cloth to ensure proper function.

4.3 Dustbin and Filter Maintenance

• Empty the dustbin after each cleaning cycle.
• Clean the high-efficiency filter every two weeks (more frequently for homes with pets). Tap the filter to remove dust. If it becomes damp, let it dry for 24 hours before reinstalling.
• Replace the filter every 3-6 months to maintain optimal airflow.

4.4 Mopping Cloth Maintenance

• After mopping, remove the mop cloth and wash it to keep it clean.
• Replace the mop cloth every three months to maintain optimal cleaning results.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 App Download Issues

If you experience issues downloading the app (version 1.0.4), an updated version 1.0.6 is available since October 30, 2025, on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Please try downloading the latest version. If issues persist, contact customer service.

5.2 Mop Holder Installation

To install the mop holder, align the four clips on the holder with the four clips on the water tank. Press gently until you hear a click. Incorrect installation can affect charging and mopping performance.

5.3 Improving Mopping Performance

For optimal mopping results:

• Use sweep mode only before mopping to remove dust and hair.
• Run the J10 multiple times for a cleaner home.
• Increase the water level setting in the HonySmart app.
• After mopping, remove and wash the mop.
• Replace the mop cloth every three months.

5.4 Preventing the Robot from Getting Stuck

• Under Furniture: Ensure at least 10 cm of clearance. If less, use a magnetic strip to create a 'Virtual Boundary'.
• On Carpet: In sweeping mode, remove the mop holder. Use magnetic strips to set 'NO-GO Zones' to prevent the robot from entering carpets in mop mode.

5.5 Water Dispensing Issues

• Clean tangled hair from the roller brush promptly, at least once a week. Excessive tangled hair can trigger carpet boost mode and cause water leakage.
• Avoid turning the water tank upside down after filling. If water droplets flow back into the solenoid valve's air inlet, shake the water tank horizontally to dislodge them.

5.6 Reducing Hair Tangling in Main Brush

To maximize performance and reduce hair buildup:

• Use Standard/Maximum suction mode for sweeping tasks.
• Clean the main brush at least weekly (ideally after each sweep). Remove the main brush and clean hair from both ends using the included cleaning tool or scissors.
